What do you think? Does it look good?
Hi Foodies
I tried this nepali thali in Silver spoon in Mirik and absolutely loved it. There was this dark rasam consistency soup like thing served. It was tangy and had umami flavour and it had some dark green colored herbs or seemed like herb loaded inside this rasam. The owner told me tha name of this herb but I forgot, it was something starting from G. It was not Rai saag as that was served separately. Here is the photo of the thali, the corner black kind of rasam is what I am referring to
Can anyone share the name of recipe, I loved it and want to make it.
Hey guys,
Heading back to Nepal in December after a long 15 years! We’ll be hanging around Kathmandu and can’t wait to dive into some Newari and Thakali. Also delicious Sekwas and Thungba.
Got any fav spots for Newari and Thakali food in Kathmandu? I’d love to hear your top picks for restaurants.
Cheers for the help!
