I'm trying to find any information about both locally. Anybody know anything about either?
I will be in the area in October and am looking forward to hiking in the Organ Mountains. We only have time to hike two trails, but I'm torn on which two to choose, because they all sound amazing. Which ones would you choose out of these four? Dripping Springs trail, Soledad Canyon loop, Pine Tree trail, or Mine Spring House. Thanks in advance for your input!
I’ve seen the Guzman school and they have Muay Thai but I’m curious if anyone has taken classes there. Is it mostly adults? I’m in my early 30s and would like to be able to practice with people around my same age/size. If there are any other classes in town I’d love some suggestions!
Does Amazon deliver furniture, food etc to Las Cruces? If not can you get furniture delivered from somewhere nearby? Guessing food delivery is a no, just checking.
Good afternoon everyone! Im from El Paso and I was just told about Butterfield Shooting Range, I had no idea that range existed. I wanted to go check out next week or the week after and just wanted to know if I can take my own paper targets and just set up shop in a bay and start shooting? Or do I need to make a reservation or anything like that? Also, would I need to take my own target stands?
Saturday from 4-6:30 there will be a BBQ food truck at Branigan Library.
They're showing the D&D movie starting at 6:15. It's after hours,so they're saying you have to be in the building before they lock the doors at 6:15.

Does anyone have recommendations for fitness classes in Las Cruces?
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could recommend the best dog kenneling or boarding in Las Cruces or El Paso I am going to have to board my nine-year-old Chihuahua who has never been boarded before and I would like to know the very best place that I could leave her thank you in advance, everyone!
I'm pursuing a double major in chemical engineering and physics at nmsu. I'm looking for a job that would work with my school schedule. Available evenings/nights and weekends. I'm trying to move closer from El paso. The commute has been killing me with time. Would like to find a decent job before making the move but I have no ideas other than online places like indeed. I wanted to reach out at the chance someone knows of something specific that fits my criteria or can point me in a direction I havent considered. Thank you in advance for any help.
Hi!!!
I know this is gonna be the longest show ever but I was wondering if anyone is selling monster high dolls they don’t want anymore. I wanna save as many dolls so I can play dolls with my little sister one day and have them to add to my collection. I’ll pay a couple bucks as well if you’ll sell them.
Where do you all recommend to do it at? I don’t want my baby’s ears messed up. I’ll go to El Paso but I want it to be safe and professional.
I went to the shelter yesterday and all adoptions are free this month. There are a ton of beautiful animals, dogs especially. If you are looking please go save a life! Pass it along on all you social media!
I'm looking at a position in town. Are there any apartment complexes that don't charge a fortune?
i’m fucking seething. last night, a man and his 2 sons (i believe) were throwing rocks at the ducks at young park. including the brood of new ducklings. i was told this by someone who lives close by and witnessed this, as i go to feed them regularly. cops were called but did not show up. if anyone knows what can be done about this, please share. i’m not from here. i’m genuinely appalled.
Does anyone know if there’s any LGBTQ bars here? Honestly always wondered if there’s any that would allow people 18+ like El Paso bars.
(I just wanna be at the pink pony club guys😔)
I'll bring some board games over to grounded today if anyone wants to come by, don't be shy. I'll bring over splendor and catan. I plan to be there starting 4pm and to closing time. I'll set the game boxes on the table, so you can just walk up. feel free to bring another board game if you prefer. If I look busy, I am not
Hi all! I’m back looking for recommendations on a good nail tech. I want someone certified/licensed, clean, very good with different designs and shapes, and sanitary. I usually do gel but I’m considering going back to acrylics. Thanks!
In my defense, I was 16 and dumb. Any recommendations?
Anyone know who I would report animal control to?
The situation is this: my neighbors leave their dogs outside chained up outside all day every day with little to no water and nobody home to supervise them most of the day. Other neighbors have called them before and they've shown up with no change to the animals' situation. I called to report it today because it is way too damn hot for those poor dogs to be chained up with no water, as well as on the animal control website saying they can't be chained for more than 2 consecutive hours in a 12 hour period. They never showed up and just closed the case, I called dispatch over 2 hours after my original call to ask when they'd be arriving and was told as much. I don't know what to do for these poor dogs beyond calling them, and don't know who to talk to or what to do to get them to do their jobs, but these dogs do not deserve this absolute lack of care
EDIT: Someone did finally show up, 4 hours and a complaint on the phone with dispatch later, but we'll see how much gets done since this isn't even the first time this week they've been called out.
EDIT 2: Animal control just drove away, dogs are still tied up but they have water now 🙃
Hello everyone, I am an amateur content creator who’s releasing an nft project but I’m needing a public/private place where I’d be able to create videos. Somewhere where I could either close a door behind me for privacy or where the layout is so large I wouldn’t disturb others from there work. I’ve thought of hotel conference rooms but I’m sure they wouldn’t without charging me an arm and a leg. Looking for your help!
When I move down to Las Cruces next month, I may be moving into a smaller place than I originally anticipated and may be needing some self storage. I was wondering if anyone had any advice.
I have two questions:
Where's a good/safe/reputable place to self storage for a good, middle range price?
How important would it be to get something climate controlled? Does it matter? I've never lived in the desert before, so I'm just curious.
Thanks a lot everyone!
I’m housesitting for some of my usual clients and every time I go outside to a certain part of their property, I hear what sounds like a very soft baa, like a sheep or a goat… Except it’s coming from the roof of their patio, or possibly the roof of the house.
Also, they don’t have goats.
I can’t think of any local birds which call sounds like a goat.
I’ve seen both types of doves, plus quail on the property, plus a woodpecker and some smaller birds I haven’t seen close enough to identify.
But I’m at a loss as to what’s making this sound.
Not even certain it’s a bird, it could potentially be any small animal up there.
