Is it true the family lawyers are suing John Ray?

Identifying Peaches and Asian Doe

Anyone know the status of the quest to identify Peaches, her child, and Asian Doe? I assume investigators were not able to get fingerprints, or perhaps there were no corresponding arrest records to match? I just hope they get their names back soon.

how are they going to explain away all the evidence?

I’m so curious to see how rex’s attorney handles his case. I don’t think he’ll be able to get the bulk (if any) of the dna thrown out, but even if he does, there’s so much other evidence. The cell phone records, the planning document, his wife being out of town, etc. Some of it definitely circumstantial, but nonetheless strong enough that I’m not worried about him getting off. What do y’all think their strategy is going to be?

China Grove NC

Does anyone know if they did a search warrant on the China Grove NC property? I know they did the Chester SC property.

Investigative Journalist…

About a year ago there was a post of an investigator who posted detailed newspaper clippings and articles from missing persons cases on Long Island and even upstate New York. It was a link to a blog site and I can’t find those post now, anyone know what I’m talking about?

A lot of missing women in Suffolk

Noticed there’s been like 5 missing women ranging from 15-43 since the beginning of December. Most of them were last seen in Mastic/Shirley or Islip/Brentwood. Does anyone think there’s another serial killer on the island?

How is lack of funds impacting RH case?

Per October news Tierney lacks enough funds to properly prosecute RH case? Unbelievable given the importance of the case. He can’t pay people? Review all the electronic evidence?

Hope NY legislature gives him the funds

——————————-

From NY post

The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office is running out of cash to keep going after accused Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann — and is begging the feds to free up $13 million in “frozen” funds.

DA Ray Tierney said Wednesday that he desperately needs the money to keep up with the cost of the prosecution, including court-imposed deadlines to turn over reams of evidence to the defense.

“It’s a budgetary issue,” Tierney said after the suspected killer made his latest court appearance.

“I would love to have that money and be able to use it and bring this case to a resolution,” he said.

The case has relied heavily on DNA and expert analysis of the evidence, which, along with three decades of police reports and other documents, has jacked up the cost of the prosecution, Tierney said.

“We have to turn over every single piece of paper that was generated in a case that started in 1993,” he said, adding, “I can’t ask people to work for free.”

So I am going to go to the Department of Justice once again, hat in hand. I will beg them, ‘Please give me this money so that I can litigate this very significant serial killer case,'” he said. “And we’ll see what our federal government tells me.”

Now that he has been charged for Valerie Mack’s murder, who do you think he will be charged with next?

I have a question about Shannan Gilbert and Hackett.

Who won the civil suit? I googled it but couldn’t really find an answer.

Peaches sketch

Sorry if this is already asked before, but I’m wondering there’s drawings and photos out there of what Asian Doe might look like. There was sketches of what Valerie Mack could have looked like but I can’t recall a photo of Peaches and what she could look like. Does anyone know if such a thing is out there? Thanks for your help!

I need some help finding a documentary.

What is one of the first documentaries about the missing girls? I’m not even sure if the girls had been found yet but I feel they had to have been found for the connection to be made. The filmmaker is driving around with sex workers as the G4 girls would have. You know, he’s with their driver, answering Craigslist or backpage ads. Going to the spot and waiting in the car. Meanwhile discussing the missing girls way of life. That’s basically the gist of the movie…. Or maybe a miniseries. Does this ring a bell to anyone?

Merry Christmas to Rex, who gets to spend yet another holiday season slowly wasting away behind bars.

He's probably thinking about his old traditions and what he'd be doing right now if he was a free man.

He better get used to those four walls because this is just the second of many. The days will now continue to blur together. A boring nothingness until he's finally wrapped up in plastic and unceremoniously wheeled out of prison on a gurney by some guys who just want to quickly load him up and go to lunch.

Skeletal Body parts found at Smiths Point

Skeletal Body parts found at Smith Point County Park in Shirley. A couple walking the beach found human remains and brought them to a county park worker. Police were called and the area was roped off and the police asked the remaining people to leave so that the investigation can begin. Parts were brought to the medical examiner. Jaw bone I heard. It is on news12 LI.

Bodies question…

Trigger warning if you are close to the victims and my apologies always to you! Forgive me or point me in the best direction here if you know, but I am asking if we know any of these:

  1. WHEN the bodies were placed along Ocean Parkway?
  2. I am asking because of placement and comments about Peaches, her baby and Valerie. Like, how long the body parts were on the beach, along with how long they were at other locations?
  3. Did he keep their parts in his storage place and then place them on the beach, waiting for a hurricane or flood to wash them away?
  4. Have we learned anything about what they found in searches of his storage unit, etc?

Any insights or links are helpful and welcome. Thanks in advance.

How did he separate them

Something that came into my mind today, and something I’ve never wondered before and don’t know why, but how did he separate Peaches from her toddler (before he killed & dismembered her) IF he killed them? The only thing that makes sense would be he got them in his car, he threw her kid out the door on the freeway to the beach, and he had either stunned her or beat her unconscious with a gun (took her to his house, etc) thoughts? It just never occurred to me how he was able to go on about dismembering her, that must take time, and than packaging (so horrible) and than dump her with a live child in the process? No way.

What do you all think?

Oh, and I DO think the FBI does havr Peaches identity but they’re withholding it for some reason.

Time sequences

I'm not sure if this is discussed, but from what I have gathered about the victims' death dates, I see some patterns. Could this be when he sent the family on trips or something?
