NOT SELLING. MERELY GAUGING PUBLIC INTEREST. Would you be interested in a fully-integrated SCROG rig, compatible with DWC, that literally revolutionizes the SCROG method and eliminates all of the pain points? Crucially, no more wriggling about underneath the screen performing essential maintenance.

For those of you with humidifiers

Do you have the fan going 24/7 along with the humidifier going 24/7?

I just got a 2L humidifier that is on one of my shelves. I happened to get quite a few plants that need humidity and my place is usually around 30%.

I have 4 shelves are place in a diamond shape with the humidifier on the bottom. Bottom shelf is three quarters up the wall.

I hear it’s good to put a fan near by for air circulation. Now, I want to TRY to get the humidity up on all the levels of shelves and have a little air purifier fan that is blowing air up from underneath on the floor. Do you think that’s good enough? Also, should I have the fan on all the time?

The other struggle I’m noticing is if I have the fan on all the time, the humidity drops 15%-18% (on the left shelf)

The shelves are places in a corner so they don’t get much circulation to begin with and I can really place my plants elsewhere due to my cats.

This stuff doesn’t really matter: I have a SW facing window that they’re next to but I’m not sure if they get enough light. I put grow lights in the lamp that they’re next to but I’m trying not to use it to see if they’re fine with natural light for now.

Well, I guess I’m doing this. Meet Al, Vera, and Nala.

Kind of soft on that last name. I’m looking to add greenery to my space and instead of buying fake plants I decided to go the real route.

So far I have Al the petite succulent, (from aldis), Vera the aloe Vera plant, and Nala the leopard lily (dumb cane sounds mean).

So what do I do now? I really kind of did this on a spur of the moment, but I wanna learn!

I repotted and they decided to be dramatic.

Should I keep watering like normal or give them time to recover? Or have they died? They’re kind of dry but I don’t want to overwater and cause them even more stress

What would go well in this terrarium with cilantro & parsley?

Hi all! I finally set up an indoor herb terrarium, which is something I've wanted to do for years. I followed a YouTube tutorial from SerpaDesign and am starting simple with just cilantro and parsley, which we use most in our kitchen.

I skipped the partitioning for higher/lower humidity plants, but I may set up a separate higher-humidity terrarium, if this one is a big success.

I'm pretty new to gardening and am curious what else might work well in this setup! Other herbs, veggies, etc. There is a lot of unused space right now.

Coffee tree lost 80% foliage last fall. Seeing healthy new growth lately, but not full of leaves yet, but it has a few flowers already. Should I prevent it from flowering this year, or for now? And should I snip the branches that have no leaves anymore? The new growth seems limited to the trunk. Thx

Spider plant and kitty cats

So my fiancée get herself a spider plant the other day and one of our cats decided it needed a hair cut. How would one go about fixing this or atleast ensuring the plant survives?

Safeguarding This Lettuce!

I had recently tried to start some buttercrunch lettuce in those little individual cell trays, but absolutely nothing happened (I think the seeds may have been way too old). I decided to toss a bunch of new seeds into a container like this with organic soil just to see if there would be any signs of life, and it appears there definitely is! It has been a few short days, and I'm blown away. My issue is now the following, though: how and when do I transplant these into larger pots? Does each individual stalk need its own pot, or can two or three share, since buttercrunch is quite small? Please be gentle -- I have a black thumb, not a green one, but am determined to change that!

SOS!

Hi everyone! This little guy is a rescue (as in I rescued it from a family member before it ended up in the compost). And ideas what went wrong and how I can bring it back? It doesn’t look any worse than when I got it (about 3 months ago) but it certainly doesn’t look better 😬

Thanks!

When to use Indoor Plant Food

Hi all! I’ve had houseplants for a while now, but I’m starting to get into really caring for them so they can live their best lives. I recently planted a ficus in indoor potting soil (from Miracle Gro) and I’m wondering if I should be starting the indoor plant food (also Miracle Gro) right away. The potting soil says it feeds for 6 months, so I don’t want to over fertilize. Any advice would be helpful!

Ok, so I have SO many indoor plants now… what do I feed them?

I started collecting indoor plants 2 months ago and I know I need to feed them as spring is upon us. Do I need to buy different food for each plant? Is there a one fits all? Please help!
