Am looking for a song, i just got some melodie stuck in my head but cant find it.
Its an older song and it goes something like that.

idk.. maybe someone knows it, it was ah higherpitched voice, maybe female.

I’m so confused, I’ve been listening to Far Away and instantly noticed the “Bass” vocal followed by the same effect sound as Maze of Memories. Is it some sample they both used, or did SR/Aversion sample SZP?

For some of you the names Expulze and Narfos are familiar and to some they are not but I have been searching for so long to find anybody that makes music like them. I’m more talking about songs like “Beer” “Beatmaker” “Polkaholica” “Ciodo” and “Breaking News” mostly something thats closer to “Beer” I guess because thats the best one. But nobody I have found does it like them do any of you know any artists that are similar to them? I am also aware that they don’t make hardcore but more something like Tekk but they still have their own twist on it.

Unfortunately I won't be able to visit every day this year, so please let me know what the most fun day usually is, or what you expect this year to be the best day. I'm a big fan of pyrotechnics as well, so the more fireworks the better

I've listened to Defqon.1's three previous anthems and I have to say that this year's anthem from Sound Rush, "Power of the Tribe," is the best of the last four years. Let me explain why.

I'll speak about DBSTF's anthems first, then about «Path of the Warrior» by Sub Zero Project.

The 2020 and 2022 anthems from D-Block & S-te-Fan were honestly just boring. They didn't quite have the energy and excitement that a Defqon.1 anthem should have. These two anthems seemed like regular tracks from DBSTF, that's all. Well, okay, the anthem of 2022 (if it is even an anthem, since it was not mentioned that it is an anthem) was basically not bad, because of the Ghost Stories vibe, and basically that's it, nothing else special.

Then there was last year's anthem from Sub Zero Project. It was better, had a good melody, but in my opinion still didn't quite capture the vibe of Defqon.1. I don’t deny that the track came out excellent, but somehow it wasn’t enough for me (Yes, I’m a demanding bitch😀).

But this year, Sound Rush knocked it out of the park with “Power of the Tribe.” This anthem is a perfect blend of classic hardstyle and modern elements in mid-intro. The main melody is simply amazing, and the second one is just mwaaah! It’s got that uplifting, powerful feel that gets you hyped up and ready to go. This is exactly what a Defqon.1 anthem should be (in my opinion ofc)

I think that someone will not agree with my opinion, but for this purpose I am writing a post. I want to know your opinion, which anthem do you prefer: Primal Energy, Path of the Warrior, or Power of the Tribe? Let me know down in comments, just really curious of your opinions haha.

I had a playlist a while back that had a track. The lyrics I can remember (if in brackets, I'm not 100% sure if correct lyrics) -
I'm looking ( for the things to make me feel ok), I need some fucking pills (to bring me down), (What's crime if it's not a line)
It starts out pretty slow and I remember as it's building it sounds like "got the bass got the bass got the bass" repeating for a little but.

It's a long shot but I kinda just want to listen to the song again.

It happened a couple of times already, so I felt it‘s appropriate to ask here. Every week I get new random trap beats tracks in my Spotify Release Radar featuring popular Hardstyle producers, and I don‘t know if they are actually co-producing them, or if someone is abusing their popularity and mislabeling tracks.

The latest example is „Eidolon Tears“ by Lokas & D-Block & S-te-Fan. It just a simple beat with less than a thousand streams.

Another one is „Smiling Life“ by zackLL & D-Sturb.

Also had one with Sub Zero Project before.

Anyone else encountering this?

I've been listening to this mix for quite a while now and I just can't get this song out my head it's killing me. What an amazing remix. Gravity has been one of my favourite tracks of all time and I think Angerfist did it justice. I know It's quite common for people to say that real classics have to be left alone. But I really think that Angerfist managed to honor the original while adding his own spin to it in the second half.

What do you guys think? And do you think, could we expect this remix in the endshow or closing show of Defqon, since the original is one of the most iconic endshow tracks ever?
