This song is so underrated! And I feel the same about Ronski Speed, he's amazing producer (especially his remixes), but he didn't get as much credit as he deserved
Anyone know where Nina from ASOT has been? Have not seen her in awhile and thought she would be at the top 1000.
Female singer:
"I don't want to be the only one fighting for your love"
What song?
Like many here, I've been trying to track down an older song that I'm pretty sure is part of the Trance or Hardtrance genres. Time frame is probably between 97-03. Song is about 5-6 minutes long
Song starts out with this hypnotic synth organ, almost like floating in space. Rotates through a descending/ascending pattern Every few bars, this horn blows and then fades. About 20 seconds in, the hi hats come in for two loops, then the bass kicks start.
Once the beat drops in, it's hard to pick out anything that stands out from other similar songs other than a single spot of lyrics during the middle of the song. Cartoony voice has two lines, and the second line he definitely says "and by the way he was a bad mother fucker".
I've searched high and low in lyric searches, tried my best to recreate the into to the song on a keyboard to no luck. Appreciate any help!
Edit: so in my searching, what I'm trying to find has almost the exact same opening note (same synth style too) as Nostrum - Immaculate.
Trying to find a song from late 90s early 2000s I THINK. Heard the end of it on TV from another room and I thought to myself, "I remember that, I should download it". When I finally went to download it a few days later, I couldn't remember what was playing on the TV so I couldn't reference it.
I searched through dozens and dozens of trance compilations from around those times. Lots of nostalgia from all the titles I had forgotten, but instantly recognized once I read them again. Each time I thought I got close, it ended up not being the song. I'm sure I'll feel silly once someone says "oh, yea it's definitely X" lol.
Anyway, I was listening to Satellite Radio and Clouds of Dust (by Pretty Pink) had a similar sound, maybe even a sample from that original song, so I (poorly) edited it together to mimic the original song. I recall the original having a lot more reverb/echo, but yea, hoping this can help identify it.

I don't know who it's from (I've forgotten it over the years) but it would have to be from the beginning of 2000 - 2003 and the music genre would have to be trance/dance. In the music video you can see many puppets dancing in a discotheque. Does anyone know it?
Looking for suggestions for tunes in this time frame for a long ass set to mix, a few hours worth for a long flight Tia
Hey everyone, I've been really into this track lately, so chill!
The last time I asked for recommendations you delivered so I am once again asking for tracks like Menno's Mix of So Serene!
