The Rules
- Submissions are not limited to Monstercat music or news. Submit anything that you believe this community would find interesting. Needless memes, troll posts, low quality content, ect., are subject to removal. Please see if your post fits better in one of the weekly threads. Spam and imitations of the Monstercat visualizers will be removed. Meme Guidelines. Failure to follow these will result in removal of your post.
- You may only post two links every 24 hours on this Subreddit if you are sharing music. This will allow for the subreddit to be less cluttered and allow for more people to participate in sharing music. Links you may only post twice every 24 hours are: Soundcloud, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc. Anything that is a direct link to a song / album / playlist applies to this rule.
- Reposts of content submitted within the past 2 months will be removed. This includes posting a link to a song from a different platform.
Please keep discussion about a topic to a single thread, if one already exists.
- Please use spoiler tags when submitting information regarding officially announced forthcoming Monstercat music, including early access links to Monstercat releases. The spoiler option can be found beneath the title of a post on desktop. For mobile press on the three dots in the top right when you submitted your post. Press on "Mark spoiler" to spoiler tag the post.
- Any form of music self-promotion, whether it’s feedback requests on music, mashups, mixes, etc., will be removed at moderator discretion. However, fan art is very much encouraged here. Spotify Playlists are okay as long as they are personal playlists. Monstercat Artists are excluded from this rule and will be allowed to share their socials and platforms in the Monstercat Communities.
- Constructive Criticism is always welcome, please be aware on how you word it as anything non-constructive will be removed. This also includes Artist Bashing.
- No leaks to forthcoming Monstercat music. Unauthorized previews, official artworks, COTW rips, download links, and mentions of track titles will be removed. This includes personal information about an artist.
- Do not impersonate Monstercat artists, staff, official moderators, industry officials or fans. Misleading usernames will be banned from the subreddit.
- People should be having fun when participating in our communities. If people are being harassed or trolled to upset and individual/group of people then it isn't fun anymore.
- Please be respectful. We do not tolerate bullying, no NSFL/NSFW content, hate speech (racism, homophobia, sexism, etc.). Please be welcoming and inclusive.

Daily Artist Spotlight #34 (2/3): Danny Leax
I do daydream about more releases from this guy but oh well we all have our reason to do stuff
Who is he?
Name: Daniel Seco Pro
Danny Leax is an artist who began creating fresh new beats at age 23, he debut on Spinnin Records on 2019 and gained over 3M streams. Hi s career took off later that year after winning remix competition from, Musical Freedom, The Chainsmokers, and Jones Aden which soon lead to him collaborating with Jones and debuting on Musical Freedom. His style mixes the old and the new sounds of EDM, Pop and House by having atmospheric breaks and energetic drop which features his trademark vocal leads.
His time on Monstercat was fairly short releasing most of his songs in Instinct aside of 1. He also drop a collab with Mick Mazoo. Despite having a short discography almost all his song feel like they're all about "having fun at your own pace".

Me Personally...............2021 has so many debuts that honestly he kinda just flies under the radar. Honestly this is the kind of artist I craved for when it comes to interesting house track. What kinds sucks is that he isn't releasing alot especially when he did drop anything on 2024 (I'm talking about off label). He's a really great artist tho I can't lie about that. But what do yall think about Danny Leax. (Ima be in silence on my way out).

Serious Question: Why do DJ Diesel songs get credited as "Diesel feat. Shaquille O'Neal" where they are the exact same person? It's not like they are separate aliases; Shaq exclusively releases music as Diesel, does he not? We don't see "Rogue feat. Joel Hunt" or "Conro feat. Conor Patton", do we?

Daily Artist Spotlight #33 (2/2): THIRST
Idk the more I see the name THIRST it's either two outcomes happening. Either that I want to go 200mph on a highway or I grab a large cup of Cola.
Who are they?
Names: Aaro Haapanen (hayve), Omer Morad (hayve), Craig Ferrier (Bad Computer), & Roy Levi (ROY KNOX)
Thirst is a phonk alias who includes artist of Hayve, Roy Knox, Bad Computer. Together they create a dark yet captivating vibe through the illustrations of their sounds. Bad Computer did left the project on Novemebr 2023 but soon rejoin on October 2024.
Their time began on late 2023 and manage to be the not only the 1st phonk artists but also the 1st artists to drop a Mixtape album. They also drop a few memorable track some featuring artists like CHYL & Nuphory

"GET IN THE CAR" is the first Drift Phonk song released on Monstercat since the genre's debut on the label ten and a half months earlier. (Can yall guess what are the songs?)
"DRIFTER" WAS the shortest song on the label only to be beaten but a song which was 3 seconds shorter which came out earlier this year.
"FEEL IT" is their longest song with a runtime of 2:49
Me personally.............THIRST has been on my radar for a while and honestly their start on the label were good yet kinda forgettable. When they drop "OURS STARS" however they pull one of the cleanest 360s on the label now actually being really creative with the design and experimenting with new elements. (If they ever do Complextro x Phonk I would be in a seizure due to me be overhyped of it's existence). But what do yall think about THIRST?. (Now that I'm here I might aswell get free and get away)
