Maybe dorsal Fin Missles like Cyber Zilla?
I hope if it happens they go the alien cockroach route (look it up) but then gigan is freed instead of killed
A) Do we know if there is a second season? B) does Mei and Yun meet prior to the final episode? C) And when they meet, Mei is standing alongside PelopsII however if Pelops is not dead ….er…. Artificially dead (AD) unless that one is a back up? So is Pelops named as such to make for the climactic scene where Jet Jaguar patches in Pelops two from the future via the music—the same that is embedded intro the basement bones starting the story over with episode 1?
If so the way out of the loop is selling Godzilla bones in the basement—and thus new loop but it’s mechagodzilla? Unless this suggests we can use the bones for time travel via the SP and perhaps Ashihara may have travelled to appx or earlier than 1960 squaring up possibly with the beginnings of the Godzilla universes IRL. Idk.
Toh Enjoe at least write it somewhere =.=
I didn’t think much of it but I wanted to make him something he would love!
Need help with the correct watch order for ALL the movies. Not just godzilla, all relevant kaiju that show up to fight godzilla as well. Thanks in advance
Idk
I was watching some dangerville and heard this roar and i tried finding it every where but no luck so far but can anyone try and find that same roar without any background noise? It would help me a lot :)
I know this subreddit has recently been talking a ton about humans in Godzilla Films ever since Minus One because let's get this out of the way Minus One's and Godzilla 1954's human characters are just overall well written great characters.
But were any of the other human casts in other Godzilla Films compelling and in my opinion no, unfortunately almost all of the human casts most of the time are dull/boring characters that you forget after watching the films and in my opinion 30% of the human characters are interesting and only 15% of them are actually well written.
There are diamonds in the rough sure but when it comes to compelling humans in a Godzilla film but there are only around 1-3 compelling characters in a Godzilla film.
I didn't list all example's but Yasuaki Shindo, & Emmy Kano both from (GvKG 1991), Akane Yashiro (GXMG 2002), Katsura (ToMG 1975), Joe Brody & Ishiro Serizawa both from (Godzilla 2014), Genchiro Shiragami (GvB 1989), and Yuri Tachibana (GMK 2001) are in my opinion one of the many rare human characters that are well-written or at least entertaining.
While I do agree that Godzilla Minus One and 1954 are better than all of the Godzilla Films, it's an unfair comparison because almost all of the Godzilla Films are action packed kaiju brawlers while films like 1954, Shin and Minus One (and I guess Return of Godzilla) are more so artsy films.
Which is why Pacific Rim is a better comparison because it delivers a fun action packed kaiju brawler while still having incredibly entertaining characters. Mako Mori, Raleigh Becket, Newton Geiszler, Hannibal Chau, and Stacker Pentecost are all either well-written or incredibly entertaining characters.
Hell I don't think it's just Pacific Rim that has good character's, you can also say that for the Heisei Gamera Trilogy, the King Kong films, Cloverfield, Ultraman and etc.
I don't think characters necessarily need to be well written or have depth within them in order for them to be good in an action film but at worst characters can be incredibly boring in an action film, and this is probably gonna be a hot take here but I think Godzilla Final Wars has one of the best human casts in the entire franchise because almost none of them are boring and are all entertaining to the point where they have their own fight scenes which shows how nuts Godzilla Final Wars is as a film.
That's all for my stupid ted-talk.
Minus one.
Took a trip to a local game store about an hour away from my town and as I was browsing their Blu-Rays I was shocked to find this beauty sitting on the shelf! Grabbed it with no hesitation and am beyond happy to finally add it to my collection!
So my card game uses the idea of rifts to different realities opening across the world. Which would be a cool way for different versions of Godzilla to show up. Not that I would ever be able to get the rights to it (but it allows me to do cool fanart.
I’m a very white man that just wants to watch it because I’ve heard it’s amazing and I usually go with dubbed but I heard it sucks so I want hardcore Godzilla fan’s opinions
