Hi friends!
Is anyone aware of an individual or business that offers striking training weekdays, before 3pm?
I'd love to learn a striking discipline, ie boxing, muy Thai, kickboxing, tkd, karate, even aikido or kung fu...or something I've not thought of.
Why am I asking here? Couple reasons:
I don't want to do it in the evenings or weekends with young kids. Just not worth it to me and most mma businesses are just evenings.
I need to stay away from pure Grappling for a while. I have trained bjj and love it, but my neck (cervical spine) is keeping me away.
Open to business suggestions or individuals! I'm late 30s guy.
Thanks!
This might be a long-shot but does anyone know how I might find old blueprints for Crest Homes homes? It was in Middlebury, IN but closed down years ago. I love my Crest home that was shipped here to central Illinois and I’d love to find mine to frame. It was made back in 96’ but it was so well done that you’d never know it was a modular one. We moved in a few months ago and are in the process of remodeling.
Does anyone have any suggestions on which internet provider to use for Old Farm apartments? I've been looking and most of them are not available.
I just got these for my birthday today from my mom and they kinda warped a little bit. Is this good storage?
The faucets obscure a literal hole into the neighbor's apartment. If the work at the breaker box is up to code what is the point of the box in the first place?
Does Elkhart Co. have an issue with abandoned puppies/dogs, I understand there are A LOT of breeders in the area, but finding a Cavalier, a German shepherd, and a cockapoo (I think) all in 1 night in less than 3 hours is insane. All easily puppies less than a year old. I know I see a lot of posts on Facebook for found dogs, but WOW! Is dumping regular issue? We called animal care and control, or the humane shelter (my friend did the calling since I was driving) and we know for a fact the Sheperd was picked up, but we traveling through, so the cockapoo is staying with someone who lived nearby and we have the Cavalier now, and found right on the side of CR 34. Again… 3 times in one night?! I wish I knew the other locations, but I don’t.
Downtime? Any issues?
I was driving by a couple of weeks ago when they did this. It was quite interesting. :)
With housing prices what they've reached in the past several years, I don't know how outlawing sleeping in vehicles can be rationalized, as long as those autos aren't parked on private property. Especially with Elkhart's homeless shelters apparently, usually being near or at capacity.

Ultimate summer Elkhart soundscape: crickets, cicadas, and tree frogs; trains no more than four blocks away; dozens of random gunshots, distant emergency vehicle sirens....
