Just got out of early voting at the ivy tech location; when it came time to confirm my choices the paper side of the machine did not change nor show me anything. When I asked for help they said as long as I press the button it will be counted and be fine, I'm just wondering if that is true and if anyone else has had issues with their machines.

Hey all, my girlfriend’s birthday is coming up this month and we’ve been discussing where to go. We don’t drink, smoke, do drugs, etc so a lot of the “adult” birthday party stuff is out of our comfort level. We go to Komets games semi-regularly and she wants to do something else for her birthday. Does anyone have any fun ideas for where I can take her? I just moved here this year so there’s still a lot I’m not familiar with.

I joined the SCA's fighter group and recently picked up a rapier, most fun I've had in years. Any other groups kicking around? I'd like to get more practice (and possibly training) in.
