Updated to the latest version of iCue v5.14.93 last night and now my Dominator Platinum DDR5 ram is not showing up in iCue. I can't change the RGB color now. It was working fine before updating to this new version 😕

I did a complete uninstall using the guide posted by Corsair but still same issue. Not sure what to do. I assume this is a bug with the latest version. Anyone else experiencing this?

If not, can you guys suggest another brand which does?

Hello everyone. My pump light has always been the same color as my fans on the radiator. However, today I noticed after booting up; the lights looked completely different. Almost as if they have died. Is there something that I'm missing here or a cable that I should be looking at? I am using the provided commander pro. I haven't touched any of the wires since building it.

my mics very hit and miss, sometimes it can go all day without problem but some days the mic goes super loud and ear rapes everyone in the call, ive tried to disconnect it reset discord and everything and even then it still does it sometimes the only way ive found to fix this is to reset my full pc which isn't convenient when im mid game ive checked to make sure icue is up to date and cant seem a way to fix it, anyone else had this and resolved it?

Hi, I bought a corsair dominator titamium, which is not particularly cheap, and they very often stops working backlight, ICUE is the latest version, the firmware of the RAM is the latest too, I even reinstalled Windows, downloaded of course the latest version of ICUE and the same thing, sorry, but what the hell, why I take such expensive RAM, and such problems with it with backlighting, when ICUE is open can at any time start blinking white, when ICUE is closed, everything is the same, to fix this problem, I need to restart the program, well, or open it, if it was closed.

And, why ICUE shows them as dominator platinum when titanium doesn't look like platinum at all

Release on premium your RAM normal software, they do not work normally in other programs, like SignalRGB, when my old corsair dominator platinum dies worked perfectly there, and corsair dominator titanium with big lags works there

I have owned a pair of Corsair Void Pro RGB wireless headphones for a couple years and they have worked great. I used them earlier today, but when I went to use them again they made no sound, or told me that they were on or established despite the fact that the USB dongle is lit up white.

I opened ICUE to see if something was wrong but it looked different to how it did yesterday. I have tried restarting my computer multiple times, unplugging and replugging the dongle and resetting the dongle through the reset button. I'm not sure what to do.

Can anybody help?

I've been looking at Nvidia's 4090 series gpus, and the one I am looking at comes with a 12vHPWR adapter that has 4x PCIe power connectors.

When I built my PC in November 2022 I bought the Corsair HX1000i PSU but it didnt come with the;

PCIe 5.1 12V-2x6 GPU cable included for use with modern graphics cards such as the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series.

I'm just wondering would I be better off using the Corsair PSU to GPU adapater cable, or just use the one that comes with the GPU.

If so should I buy another PCIe cable and connect 4 to the GPU 12VHPWR cable, or will 3x PCIe + 1 PCIE link. be enough. I'm super confused but I really appreciate the help and any replies.

Hello here are my corsair hs80 max after just 1 month of daily use, how is it possible?

Bought this new Nvidia required Corsair 12VHPWR type 4 600w cable (part CP-8920284) for my 2016 RMx750W and it came like this lookin like two slots at on the outside socket are missing something.

Connected gpu GPU but get no signal. GPU's not dead worked flawlessly with adapter that comes with 4080 Super. Compared the two 16pin ends and adapter has all 4 slots filled with silver contacts while Corsair as you see only has two. This a defect or my PSU somehow doesn't support the cable? RMx750 is type 4 it should had worked according to everything..

So I have this thing coming from newegg. I am doing a 14700K/4080. Couple of questions in case someone has done this before and figured this was the place to ask. I also ordered an h100i RGB Elite cooler and a three pack of the RGB Elite 120mm fans to augment the three that come with the case. I have a white power supply/cables and a black MB and black and grey graphics card so it should look sweet. My questions are:

The GPU is 337mm, so it will fit, right? Case says up to 340mm GPU fits.

I was planning on using the three extra fans for 2 extra intakes on the bottom (above the power supply cage) and one exhaust on the back, along with the two fans in a pull config exhausting air through the AIO on the roof. Will that work? I suppose Ill have to use tape to mount the bottom fans?

Assuming that will work, the controller says it will control up to 6 fans. I will have 8 but two of them will be connected to the AIO, will the RGB software control them all through software? Or will it only control the 6? Since everything is Corsair brand, I was hoping that the RGB software might recognize the AIO?

I'm probably not the only one that have noticed that the processor load was showing very incorrect before. I could be using like 60% (according to task manager) and iCue would show maybe 10%. It feels like it has been fixed now. Has anyone noticed the same, or am I just a victim of placebo?

Awful experience with the Corsair online store.

I dropped $1600 on the desk, opting for the fixed legs, but splurging on the desk extensions and multiframe. I love elgato stuff, and this desk is perfect for that.

The order shipped immediately but what I would find out is only part of the order shipped. The desk comes in 3 boxes with each labeled 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. My order arrived missing box 1 of 3 and also missing the multiframe box.

According to my corsair account orders, everything was delivered. According to UPS my choice there are still two boxes that they never received, that UPS is waiting for. Luckily I have ups my choice otherwise I would have no record of these undelivered boxes.

But here's the fun part. I opened up a ticket over a week ago and not even a response. Nothing. Not even a "whatever dude, they were delivered" or something. So they have my $1600 and I have desk legs and extension boards.

Hoping to at least interact with a human, I did their online chat (7 days after opening the ticket which still had no response) but was rebuffed because they can't discuss my case outside of the ticket. I was promised I would receive a response in 24 hours, and guess what. Nothing.

So I can't chat with an agent because they don't allow that apparently, and I can't receive a response for my ticket. Even a simple acknowledgment would mean the world to me.

Luckily I bought with paypal and paypal's resolution process seems to be pretty fair (and with evidence of UPS not even receiving parts of the shipment, hopefully my case is compelling.) But the paypal process ties up everything until it's complete, which means no desk or no refund for a month at least. So I'm waiting before I go that route.
