I've bought my TC200 about two years ago and i must say - what the hell?

I've bought the "synthetic leather" variant since i assumed even if the leather would wear out relatively quickly (and it surely does), it'd at least stain less than the cloth model.

Either way, the real problem is the metal base plate. My model always had very low recline retention strenght but i've never bothered much with it as i rarely reclined (although the recline blocking bolt was always very short as far as i could tell and would often "slip" when i leaned back, giving me a mini heart attack and going into recline anyways.

Still, recently i've noticed that it had literally zero spring action going on. I don't know when it happend as frankly i didn't have time to investigate - until today that is. And having witnessed what i just did i have no words for it. What kind of metal is the baseplate made of? The recline spring (which as far as i can recall wasn't tightened too strongly) literally ripped out a chunk of metal and the recline locking bolt literally chewed another groove in its slot over two years.

Granted, i often work from home and i do use the chair a lot so some wear and tear is expected but nevertheless, i'm neither doing weird stunts on the chair nor am i above specifications for the model maximum weight.

Given time frame and amount of damage, i assume it's way out of RMA scope but i'll just say that for the price of the chair i didn't quite expect this to happen. I can already see breaks and bends on the front part of the plate, so i don't even know whether the plate itself is structurally intact for further daily use.

I purchased a 6500d case and Shift PSU with a handful of RX120 fans + CPU cooler and i'm wondering if I will need to seek out extra hardware such as screws?

Is all of this included with the corsair components? I havent built a PC in a long time. Thanks!

I’ve always been a Logitech fan. 4 or 3 months ago, I needed new equipment and decided to try something new and bought the Corsair K65 keyboard and the IRONCLAW mouse. Unfortunately, it’s now too late to return either.

The keyboard’s build quality seems okay, but I’ve been dealing with frequent input lags. Sometimes letters randomly double or triple type, which is frustrating.

The mouse, on the other hand, makes an odd "coil whine" noise and has loose springs (I've already replaced it twice, and each one has the same issues).

Quality concerns aside, let’s talk about iCUE – honestly, it’s a nightmare. Today, it randomly vanished from my PC, and I can’t reinstall or even fully uninstall it. It’s, hands down, the worst software experience I’ve ever had.

Hello everyone, recently acquired the mentioned above psu for a really good deal and want to upgrade to an RTX 4070 and was wondering how is the compatibility on that unit with the 12vhpwr or the new 2x6 cables which are offered from Corsair ? Hello, I bought the corsair hx1500i in july and during the summer months I had no issues. In the last 2 months when the weather is cold the power supply does not start the 1st time after many hours of being off. On the 1st try to boot it after many hours it does not boot but gives normal power to the motherboard led (Asus Rog Strix B550 Gaming WIFI II). After I close the switch and turn it on a second time the whole system works normally. I also did the paper clip test after leaving the power supply off for over 6 hours and the fan would not turn on the 1st startup while on the 2nd and 3rd startup it would turn normally.

As you see the QWFGHJK became that color even if my ICUE setted them as azure. What is it? Yesterday night when I shutted down PC it was ok. Today I started PC and i think was fine, came back in my room ans noticed it.

Note: i now disabled these keys so they have no color but id i try select H for example to color with same azure of the keyboard it becomes pinkish like that AND the other disabled keys gets a bit lighted... i tried unplug keyboard, restart PC but norhing. I have latest firmware. I noticed that when i power on pc, before entering windows (so when it start RGB circle in keyboard) these keys haven't same gradient of the wave but differ a bit.

Is press ESC and unplug keyboard only way? I don't want lose my saved presettings!!!!

I was recently looking through some profiles as I had wanted to leave a game I was playing open (sounds and visuals help me calm down basically) but when I tried to see in iCUE if I could make the lights match the screen, it didn't seem to show this option but I could have sworn something like this was available. Is it not in lighting effects? I tried using Lighting Link but I still don't seem to have this option. This may have been asked before but searching led me no results, so I may as well ask now.

I just got the CORSAIR Dominator Titanium RGB DDR5 RAM and I was wondering about the lighting profiles. If I set a lighting effect, does the RAM save that profile directly, or does it require the iCUE app to run every time I boot up my PC?

My main concern is whether the RAM will display a default lighting effect when I turn on my PC before iCUE starts, or if the lighting will remain off until iCUE kicks in.

Hello, I wanted to know if there is any website where I can download profiles compatible with iCUE Link, as those from the Corsair page are not compatible with iCUE Link. Only the RAM shows RGB effects, but the AIO and the fans do not. Regards.

So ive built my new gaming lc and honestly have yad nothing but problems with the 4000d and its mostly because of the side panels

So first off my metal side panel is horribly warped and doesnt even fit on my case its practically curved

So ive been running my pc without a back side panel

Now my front glass side panel jsut exploded in my hands into my pc

i updated to version 5.20.89 of iCue and my middle mouse button on my nightsword RGB doesnt work anymore and i dont remember having any kind of remap or macros setup previously. how can i make it work again?

I made the mistake of buying QL fans in July 2021, and I have had almost every QL fan I have ever owned get the green LED burnout problem. Picture attached. I have RMA'd multiple sets fans over the course of three years with great customer support. As always, I created a new ticket as I had 5 more fans have the problem again. I wanted to see if I would be able to trade up to the QX fans since I have never had any luck with the QL fans, or at least get new QL fans and try my luck again. Unfortunately, since it has been more than two years since the ORIGINAL purchase, the support team said I do not qualify for any more RMAs, even though I have RMAd more than 1 complete set of fans within two years of today. Completely unfair in my opinion to give me MULTIPLE faulty products over course of MULTIPLE RMAs, and then end up disqualifying me from getting a non-faulty product even though I got the faulty product within the two years. I have heard good things about the support team on reddit though, maybe they could help me out. Also, anyone saying that the QL LED problem is fixed is wrong because the last RMA was in Jan 2023, and fans in that set had the same issue within a few months.

Lost a screw for one of these brackets so I just have an empty gap at the back of my PC letting dust in. Can't find my manual so don't know what screw I'd need to buy to replace it. Thanks for any help!

I recently noticed a spike in CPU load to around 70% while idle, caused by the Corsair iCUE component. I managed to lower it to 43% by reinstalling iCUE and further reduced it to 23-24% by decreasing the pump's FPS, hope this small fix might help somebody there. To resolve this:

1. I reinstalled the iCUE app and set it up fresh, which brought the load down to 43%.

2. I then reduced the pump FPS to just 1, which significantly lowered the load further, down to around 23-24%.I know it sucks, but iCUE could use some big ass improvements ass and maybe we will get some fixes in the future, until then we got what we got.

Guys, I don’t really know (actually I haven’t found anything specific to this) if there’s another post around on mousepad cleaning… BUT, I’m afraid to try anything that might ending up killing my mousepad.

Owners of the MM700 extended RGB: HOW am I supposed to clean this thing without destroying the mousepad OR the RGB (almost did both and stopped on the first sponginess fight…) ?????

Hey all, I purchased my scimitar yesterday and the left click, right click, scroll wheel and DPI buttons work fine, but for some reason my computer isn’t even detecting that the side buttons are pressed.

This happens both when the ICUE software is open and closed - I have to manually left click map the side buttons by selecting them on the model in the software.

When I plugged it in my Mac tried to open a keyboard mapping wizard, but didn’t allow me to proceed past the first step of “press the button to the left of shift,” and didn’t even register side button pressed as invalid input.

Does anybody know how to resolve this?

I have a k100 and recently spilled some flavored water on my keyboard and two of my keys quit working can someone please help me find switches i could use on the k100 Optical switch keyboard i don't want to waste money buying the wrong ones. Something that requires a little more force would be nice cause I'm always pressing keys i'm not intending too when my fingers are resting on it lol.

so i bought my hs80s and just started to charge them in my pc but i noticed sound was coming through them, ive managed t turn them off because i found a post where it says how to get it to work properly by unplugging it first then turn it off then plug it in

im just worried because in the user manual it says it MUST be fully charged before first use, will i have any issues with the headset now since it was kind of already on i guess?

I just bought the HS80 Max wireless as mentioned above but my audiophile me isnt satisfied with the sound and presets. S and F sounds sound like someone lisping and games sometimes sound like I am wearing socks on my ears, same goes with music like on spotify. Otherwise the sound of others talking is fine to me. Is there a way to fix that or can someone post their presets I can try and error? Help is much appreciated.

I'm using it with the usb dongle as bluetooth seems to sound even worse.

The LCD screen on my H170i Elite randomly and intermittently shows the pump error warning. It flashes red and sends all of the fans to 100%. Normally only for about 10 or 20 seconds. This seems to happen for no reason at all. Sometimes it will go for weeks without happening, sometimes it happens three times per hour. Sometimes when I am playing games and sometimes when I am just browsing the web. Here are the troubleshooting items I have already tried. Looking at my CPU temperatures, I do not believe that the pump is actually failing.

·         Ensured the 20-pin connection is secure and undamaged

·         Ensured the LCD cap was secure to the pump

·         Uninstalled and reinstalled iCue

·         Force updated the firmware

Anyone else found any solutions? Is an RMA my only hope?

My Corsair RGB Elite headphones broke, but I still have the dongle. I also have another set of headphones, but I lost its dongle. Is there any way to connect the dongle from the broken Corsair headphones to the other headphones?

I am reaching out regarding an older Corsair ATX power supply, model AX750 (Rev: A1W), which recently sustained damage to its varistor component. Please refer to the attached images for details.

Although this unit is out of warranty, I am interested in attempting a self-repair to potentially retain the PSU as a backup. Do any of you have the datasheet or technical specifications for the damaged varistor?

I saw a deal on the h115i link and wonder if the other argb fans, RAM led, mb led and strips would work with the aio fans and Aio pump. I don't necessary need icue to run them, I just wanted all of my rgbs to Sync.
