He filed a police report for trespassing & petty theft while waiting to hear back from the delivery drivers company. This has happened to me a lot since I moved to a small town outside of Columbus. I work 2nd shift and I love to go for walks during 'my' evening. They pull up to me or near me and scream, "What are you doing?!" And I tell them I'm going for a walk or going to on the store. I feel I shouldn't have to answer that though. Even if I have the legal right, if I don't answer it just gives them probable cause to interrogate me further and cause problems for me. One time when I told the officer I was walking to the store he pulled up the Rd and when I got to the store he was parked there, not getting gas, not in the store but just sitting in the cruiser as I walked up and when I left the store.

I just moved into a new building, I’m one of four tenants/apartments. I’ve briefly met two of the other renters, but they’re all around my age give or take a few.

Basically I was wondering if anyone here might think of it as weird or desperate or, idk? Anything other than trying to create a positive “relationship”? I want to make some cookies this weekend and give them to my neighbors with a small note basically saying thanks for the help/generosity and understanding while I moved in (they moved packages inside for me and one tenant helped me carry a heavy box up to my apartment). Also apologizing to the person below me that my cats are loud hahaha.

It may just be my paranoia but would this be weird, or would you find it more friendly?

One word of caution - there are no returns or exchanges on these sales. Everything I saw was clean and undamaged, but make sure you thoroughly inspect anything you intend to buy.

As long as I've lived in the area, I've always wondered about these houses and have never found any info on them. Is there any story to them? It seems there's one house on that property that does have cars, so I'm assuming they're just sitting on some land that someone owns and haven't bothered to do anything with them. I personally like having that little stretch with some open land and those houses, it breaks up the business stretch of that part of 23.
