Hey y'all, shameless plug alert:
I'm a lifelong Blink-182 & Green Day fan and Good Charlotte was the band that "got" me into music in middle school. For my music history podcast, Hot Cakes from a 90s Stan, I decided to do an episode of the history of Pop-Punk. The episode covers key events from the Ramones forming in 1974 to the Descendents dropping All in 1987 to New Found Glory releasing Sticks and Stones in 2002.
I was thinking about the Zildjian As but I’ve noticed a lot of bands are using Zildjian Ks which seems like a new thing. Any recommendations on cymbals series and sizes?
My band Belgravia are a 5 piece pop punk outfit from Perth Western Australia. We dropped an ep a few months ago and would love for it to reach more people!
