I saw a youtube video about how you can plant the top of a pineapple from the grocery store and grow a pineapple plant. I'm in USA zone 5 so I have to bring it inside during winter.
I let her dry out, watered her the right amount. What’s going on? Temperature is around 75 degrees, 40% humidity, near a window so maybe colder? Not sure..
Please help!
Hey y'all I'm growing pumpkins for the first time and I've had lots of beautiful flowers bloom. My males have 5 petals, my females have 4. I have a male with only 4 petals, so I thought maybe he is a hermaphrodite (not sure if that happens in the plant world), but I had a new flower bloom today, and it has 8 petals, it's beautiful but very unique. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how that happens.
5 year old angel wing begonia witg bumps on it. Is it scale? if not any idea what it could be?
At a tattoo shop looking at their plants while I wait, is this what new growth looks like on orchids?
Hi all, Was just wondering if there are any plants with a common name or scientific name containing either Jonita or JJ?
Cheers
can I cut this plant and replant? It grew and I am not liking the way it looks. My question is, can I cut the stm and replant it again without killing it?
I'm mostly just curious. Any feedback is welcome.
I brought in my plants for the winter time. My fuchsia is thriving indoors. I had it next to my really tall sage plant. One day I noticed these white flecks all over the leaves of my fuchsia as well as my sage and my little succulent also right beside them. Are the white flecks from the sage flower’s pollen or are they eggs of some bugs that came in with the plants? I’m in central Southern Canada. Thank you!
I just found that in my plants pot saucer. I just cleaned them but because I'm using a textil pot I can't get rid of them all without removing the plant from its pot. Is it too bad? Any idea what is it? I don't see any on the plants, only between pot and saucer
Can anyone tell me what’s happening to my eucalyptus plant? I was doing perfectly fine and then suddenly started developing these brown spots in the center and what looks like crisping along the edges of some leaves. It has also lost a good amount of leaves at the base of the plant.
