Hello. I made a beat for the first time after 6 years and it will be released on 13.12.2024. The full version is in the comments, tell me what you think
I've had some experience in EDM and want to try my hand at low fi. Ideally I'd rather not sample or recreate all the sounds that I need from scratch. I want to focus more on just creating a track. What resources, e.g. sound packs, discord groups, plugins, do you find indispensable when you're creating loft beats? By indispensable, you use them every time and almost on every track.
I was listening to Lord Huron’s song Night We Met on the way to work today, and thought it was the exact vibe I was looking for when I play music at work. I always have a YouTube video of some random lofi mix I find that has a cool moving background on my third monitor at work (I’m a park ranger for context). I tend to lean towards ones that like “insert-current-season quiet day chillhop jazz cafe vibes” My office sits facing the forest from my window, and the door faces a prairie. So something with a bit more of a natural feel. Limited harsh snare.
I heard this song from 3:10 to 3:21 of from Microwave Society's ginger bread video. https://youtu.be/yT6WiGu4mvQ?si=j8nbd6uT28c-J4bD I've heard it before and I like it, but I simply can't find it. Any help would be good
I have a 24h radio and will loop visuals.
If you want to be a part of it, DM.
Why Limitless TrueVibe Is More Than Just Another Lofi Channel
Hey everyone,
I know the internet is full of 24/7 lofi and ambient streams, and you’ve probably seen your fair share of posts asking for beats. But here’s why Limitless TrueVibe is different, and why you should consider being a part of it:
1. Community Over Everything
This isn’t just a stream, it’s a growing, supportive community. Whether you’re a seasoned producer or just starting out, I’m all about creating a space where we can connect, share, and grow together.
2. Artist Spotlights
It’s not just about the music. I regularly feature artists on social media and the stream itself, sharing their stories and giving them well-deserved recognition.
3. Exposure Without Exploitation
There’s no monetization here, this is purely about the art and giving creators a platform to shine. I’m committed to promoting you and your music, not taking a cut.
4. Winter EP Opportunity
I’m currently curating a cozy Winter EP for the stream. If you’ve got tracks with seasonal vibes, this is a great chance to be a part of something special
5. Tailored For Listeners
The stream is carefully crafted for those who love to relax, study, or create. Each track is chosen to match the vibe of the community.
I truly want to build something special, something artists and listeners want to be a part of. I hope you all want to as well.
If this sounds like something you’d love to be a part of, let’s connect! Reach out or follow on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/limitless_truevibe/profilecard/?igsh=emVkaTN2MThzMGR1 for submission details.
Hi, I'm a person who has been in several touring bands throughout my 20's. I have been everywhere in the US touring, except for the Northeast. I've even done East to West tours. However, I was injured and my entire life has come to a halt.
In a depressive state, I was desperate to make some kind of music. I can't even support the weight of a guitar while playing at the moment.
So, I started doing this side project. I've only ever played in Punk/Alternative bands, never touched a beat program, been a producer, etc.
I've only been doing this for a couple of months, but have enough songs to make an album already. Just thought I'd share my first release, as I have no money to promote and can't do shows.
This is my first song and started it all. It is called, "Marketable Memories". I released 2 songs today. All of this is on Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.
hi, hope this is the right place to post this....
my name is joel sevin, ive been writing and releasing dnb for well over a decade, anyway ive recently kind of fallen in love with this style of music.
i use alot of jazz (ect) samples in my work in dnb, but ive become fairly disillusioned with the ever increasing loudness competition in the scene, there's a bunch of compromises that i feel you have to make these days just to make it sound loud enough, and as im getting older i dont really care for it personally. anyway from the limited tunes im hearing in this genre, i feel its a ton more creative/expressive than what anything ive listened to and enjoyed recently.
id like to start making some music in this genre, so just wanted to ask if there is any production tips anyone would be willling to share, specifically on the mixdown side of things really.. for instance in dnb there are some specific things you have to do.. im not sure if its the same here but just wanted to ask anyway.
thanks for reading

Hey y’all, I’m looking to build out my playlist but Spotify recommendations aren’t holding up. I’m looking for some gritty Lo-Fi much like Pain & Blood, Your Lord and Using What You Got from Flying Lotus in Yasuke (meh anime, downright beautiful animation and awesome soundtrack tho)
If you have any recommendations that would be awesome, I can’t quite find anything else like it.
