Anyone got an idea when a venue will be decided for this game, 21st Feb. I want to go to my first women's away game but info on tickets isn't very clear compared to following the men. Is anyone else thinking about going?
Hello everyone, I just got my tickets for the Netherlands and Wales games for the group stage at next year's euros! Absolutely buzzing.
But I was wondering, obviously there have been some tickets on sale for the quarters, semis and the final already. But will whichever team gets through also have an allocation of tickets available through their FA? As currently most have been sold out on the UEFA website.
Travelling to the Euros ?
Hadnât crossed my mind before until a discussion I had earlier, who has already planned travel to the Euros and who potentially âwouldâ ?
I ask because for many years I have organised coaches internationally to England Mens Team games, most recently all 7 trips to the Euros in Germany.
In 2025 I have coaches going to Latvia (from Lithuania) and to Serbia (from Budapest) for games in October and September but never considered the demand for Lionesses.
Using Germany as a guide, trips would originate from SW England (Exeter or Bristol), go along M4, picking up ĂŠn route (Swindon/Reading/London/Bluewater) and then head over to Switzerland. Average cost this year (to Germany) was about ÂŁ170 per trip.
Whatâs the interest levels for similar trips for Lionesses ?
I have looked on the website for the official euros tickets and the Lioness website and can't find any option to order tickets for England matches. anyone had any luck?
Honestly, me and my friends have been anticipating today for a long time and thinking UEFA would be clearer about ticketing etc. closer to the day but there seems to be next to no info. Are the tickets that have been available for the last few months the final tickets or will a new batch be released after seeding?
I want to get tickets for the Spain game that goes on sale today, however Iâm busy when they go on sale is it likely they will sell out?
After this weekend, I was wondering what everyone thinks about England's midfield?
For me, Walsh still has the holding midfielder position locked down. I'm happy we got to blood in Mace, I think it makes sense to start giving her bits and pieces of game time where we can. Although Stanway is realistically still the back up holding midfielder, it would be great to have a proper back up to Walsh who actually plays in that postion. Hopefully Ruby will get a good stretch of experience with Leicester this season, although I think she's still got quite a bit of work to get herself in contention for a place in the squad for the Euros.
It's the 10/8 position that's the trickiest. For me, Stanway still has the 8 for the time being (and for the Euros), but I'm not sure going forward in the future. I feel like she often slows down play too much, and isn't dynamic enough when we are in possession. But she's still got a cracking shot to be fair.
Also, I think Toone won't be England's starting 10 come the Euros. Personally, I just feel there are 3 other potential 10s in James, Park and Clinton who offer a bit more than her in that position. Although she's the biggest clutch player, so a super sub role is there.
I feel like Park and Clinton make sense as duel 8/10s. They compliment each other, Clinton has great vision and is great at getting in the box. Park is a live wire, and makes those carving runs through the midfield that no one else makes. There were moments where they played off each other really well.
So then it's where do we put James if she's fit. LJ operates at her best when she has licence to roam. If we are playing the 4-3-3 formation we usually do, on paper I'd put her on the RW role. Then when James drifts centrally as she does, Park can take up the channel. Park does this quite often with City where she plays the right sided 10. Alternatively, recently we seem to be experimenting with a 3 in the back in possession, so Lucy comes higher up the pitch. In this scenario, her presence allows LJ to roam centrally, adding another body in the midfield.
Anyway, sorry this ended up being longer than I anticipated. What does everyone else think about the midfield going forwards?

Iâll be at the game this afternoon and come from a divided household of England and US fans. I was hoping to get a split/friendship scarf to commemorate the occasion. Will I be able to find an official scarf inside the stadium store? Or is my best bet the sellers outside the stadium? Any insight is appreciated!
For me
Mary Earps
Lucy Bronze
Alex Greenwood
Millie Bright
Leah Williamson
Georgia Stanway
Keira Walsh
Lauren Hemp
Lessi Russo
Grace Clinton
Beth Mead
( I'd also love Aggie Beaver Jones to get a good amount of match time and Jess Nas and Jess Park )
Edit: gone đ
Can't make it to the England v USA match at Wembley tomorrow. I've got a single ticket in block 250 if anybody wants it. Don't want anything for it.
DM me your email address and I'll forward the ticket PDF on to the first person to message.
Thanks
