Hey yall I have an aimara wolf fish that was given to me by a friend before he went to college it’s about 6-7 inches long and I’m located in Nj and I’m looking to get rid of him cause i know how big they can get and was curious if anyone wanted to buy it off of me.
I hit this keychain but i cant figure out what kind of fish it is (this tome with photo lmao)
I git this keychain gifted and can’t figure out what type of fish he is
Attached is the video. This fish is a diamond tetra (I believe) and has been with me for around 5.5 years after getting them from PetCo. I recently did a water change and now my fish is acting like this. Before the water change they would be still and hang out around the top of the tank. The other fish you can see likes to pick on the diamond tetra so I separated them because I suspected that the tetra had an illness. What is the cause of this? I already dosed medication of seachem and attached an automatic feeder in case us coming over would further stress the trtra. I am really worried and any help is appreciated. I don't know the levels of my tank because I don't have a testing kit and this is the first time this fish has acted this way. Help!!!!
He looks a little round, but he swims fine and seems super healthy but i just wanna be careful :3
So 5 months ago I wemt to these islands in spain and to remeber it I grabbed some ocean water, sand and shells. I put it in my plastic bottle and then transferred it to a container. And I just got back to my country like 3 days ago. And I took it out from my suitcase and noticed something was moving. Is it a fish? It's swimming non-stop so I cant get a good pic. The lid was on for past 5 months and I didn't put any fish food in the container (cuz I didn't know there was a fish there) so what is it? Can somebody help? Do I feed it or just leave it alone? Pls help and thanks 😊
my fishes the colorful one is male
I just wanted to know if this is normal behaviour for a Wrestling Half-beak?
I have never owned one before but I bought a female one around 2 months ago and she seems healthy, but from doing research online, apparently they like having slow flowing water but she seems to like the opposite.
Every time I go to check my fish throughout the day she will be swimming against the fast/medium flow coming out of my filter, she has many places at the top of the tank where there is little/slow flow and yet she chooses the fast flow.
I have also noticed a small amount of times, her swimming at the bottom of the tank probably scavenging food which I think is normal for any fish but she also sometimes hides among the plants at the bottom
I have 17 neons tetras, black and normal in there with her, could they be bullying her and i just haven’t seen it?
Saw this cheetah print fish at the fish market
