Currently suffering from jock itch and trying to change up underwear to help fix it as I'm having quite a few flare ups even with the prescription creams (currently on 3rd ish week). I met my girlfriend’s parents yesterday. I wanted to bring flowers for her mom but we met at a restaurant so I didn’t know if that would be awkward. Everyone I asked agreed it maybe wasn’t the best idea to bring them to a restaurant. They’re in town for a week and I’m supposed to go to their house tonight so my plan was to bring the flowers to their house instead. But according to my girlfriend, her mom was a little disappointed that I didn’t bring anything. Other than that, she liked me! Just trying to get some extra opinions, do you think I should go through with my original plan to bring flowers tonight, or will it seem forced and like I’m trying to make up for yesterday?

My dance-style is currently “Ross in the friends titles” - stiff and no idea which body parts I’m meant to move!

I’m not looking to become world-class or anything, just good enough to boost my confidence at weddings, pop choir performances, Christmas parties, etc. I feel like half of it is learning what good dancing looks like, and the other half is learning to read the room, being confident that I’m bringing a good energy, having a good time and connecting with people. A lot of my reservedness is out of anxiety about coming across obnoxiously or over the top or getting in someone’s personal space more than they’re comfortable with - all good goals, but I’ve probably got a bit of space to dial up the extroversion without causing offence!

I know this girl is young and me getting vasectomy is making her feel better because she won't ever have to worry about getting pregnant--although that will likely change when she gets older. Seems to me I can get everything I want without having to sign a piece of paper. I've lived with 3 women...or they lived with me...depending on how you want to look at it. One even gave me an ultimatum to get married or she was going to leave. If it's that easy for you to leave before you get a piece of paper, it's even easier to leave after you get it. So why? i’ve tried getting into working out consistently like a dozen times over, and each time i’ve gone for like a couple weeks. But each time, I tried to do full body every single day, with like one rest day.

Looking back that doesn’t seem to smart. I want to gain muscle. And I want i look good too, but I don’t know what a weekly workout plan should look like.

And if I were to want to make my abs visible, what diet plan should I shoot for? How many break days? Does working out only one area of your body a week really grow it enough? Please help
