Is it possible to be cross trained in other departments so we can maybe pick up different shifts? So like for example could food & beverage be cross trained in merch or vice versa. I don't have any problems with the role I got but I would also love to learn as much about the parks as I can so I'd like to be trained wherever possible so that I can have more of a variety of types of shifts I can pick up.

how long do you keep your proficiencies? i started my program sept 2023 and finished april 2024 as a concierge. now i arrive for my second program in march 2025 but don’t know my role yet. if i get a different role, will i still be able to pick up front desk shifts? i have some friends who still pick up in their old roles but i don’t know if they left and came back after their first program ended

How many hours on average do they typically give at Pecos Bill's, and how many additional hours would I be allowed to pick up? When the recruiters came to my campus they said something like 30-50 hours per week, which is a pretty wide range so I was curious if anyone else in food and beverage could confirm more accurately how many hours to expect so I can start to build something of a loose budget.

so my program ends the 2nd of jan and tomorrow is my last day of work, and i was planning on calling out bc i need to pack and wanted to spend my last days w my bf and best friend. but then i heard from a bunch of my coworkers that if i call out the last two days of my program then it's considered self terming and i wont be able to use disneyon my resume and ill be blacklisted? but then one other friend said its not true so im very confused
