Hello everyone. I need some advice with my situation.

I had applied for family visa for my spouse against which a entry permit has been granted. My wife will soon be entering UAE. But the situation has changed for me now as I would be leaving UAE in the next 2 months. The question is, is it mandatory for my wife now to get insurance and apply for Emirates ID ? What if we do not initiate the process? Will she be able to leave Abu Dhabi with me with the entry permit?

I am traveling from Germany to Pakistan via Etihad Airways with 56 hours layover in Abu Dhabi. I applied for the 96 hour transit visa via Etihad Visaonline portal, I uploaded all the documents asked in the application, still admin asked me to also upload my German residence permit and add my father’s name in my full name. I did that and my application was submitted. After 6 mins I received a status email saying my transit visa application was “rejected from the auditor.” No reason was provided. I called Etihad helpline and they sent an email to Visa office asking for the rejection reason and told me to call the next day. I called the next day and they told me they had not received a reply from the Visa office and could not do anything about it and told me to contact the UAE Visa office. I contacted the UAE Visa office and the representative told me the application was rejected without giving any reason, and nothing could be done.

I filled in all the information, attached return ticket, confirmed hotel booking, passport, national ID card, German residence permit. I am frustrated as this does not make sense to me.

Could anybody please help me how to navigate this situation?

I recently got a job in Yas island and it's nearly impossible to catch a spot in the bus (bus 102) during the early hours as it's already full by the time it would reach my stop.
