Kindly share ur opinions.
I’m a junior looking forward to graduate in 2026 and join a college in the USA majoring in computer science and inshallah when I graduate go ahead and complete my masters in cybersecurity or software engineer, this is the goal now what I’m worried about is I’ve been seeing a lot of TikTok and post and social media on how computer sciences, software engineer, cyber security, etc… it’s oversaturated now my question does this only apply outside of Kuwait or in Kuwait as well.
So i have been facing internet connection issues recently, mainly high ping & packet loss, so i decided to get in touch with my isp and see if i can register a complaint & see if it gets resolved. I get in touch with the isp’s support team & ask them to register a complaint, i give them my line number, CID number etc. I am then told that since i am not calling from the number for which i am registering the complaint they cannot take the complaint which just leave me dumbfounded, as the line in fixed router & how am i supposed to call them from a data line thats in my FIXED router. They suggest that i take out the sim from the router put it in my phone & call them to be able to register the complaint. This males no sense as the line is already registered under my name & CID. This really rubbed me the wrong way seeing how they are making it difficult for a paying customer to make a complaint. Can anything be done in this situation… will putting a complaint in CITRA do something? Has anyone else faced similar issues?
Me and my friends had this genius idea to resell fragrance samples from local vendors. The reselling portion of the business will be an online website. Do we require any legal documentation/licensure to run not illegally?
I've been tryna download some stuff on my PC but the the speed has been sooo goddamn slow, same with zain and STC aswell. Am I the only one facing this issue or is it common?
scenario 1 (casual encounter) "How are you doing?" "My stomach hurts a bit, couldn't eat, got the runs last night"
scenario 2 (hospital visit or disease enquiry) "Heard you got covid, what's that like?" "Clogged nose, headaches, diarrhea, dry skin, other stuff"
scenario 3 (story, mild inconvenience) "Brazil was beautiful. Trekking was awesome, the people were friendly, the food was good, although I was hit with diarrhea all through the trip, so the toilet situation was difficult, but the landscapes made up for it"
scenario 4 (humor) "I'm telling ya don't eat the pepper, you'll be stuck on the throne all night"
please and thank you
Do you know know any Gym's in Mangaf for Ladies? i really want to join one but all of them are so far..
Hello
I want to stay updated with each new rules, law, event that happens in Kuwait but mainly as Head Titles.
What are some channels, accounts, or pages you recommend? Something like almajllis media Instagram account.
But I want it mainly related to government issues and rules. As I seem to always be missing out on new things and feel there's no 1 certain place for only important announcements without extra unnecessary posts/news.
,
Should I buy from the bank or the gold stores? I've saved up a bit and want to buy سبيكة or سكة

Hi! I’ll be in Kuwait in a few weeks to do a Yoga teacher training. The studio is located in Salmiya near the PF Changs.
I’m wondering if it would be unwise to stay in an AirBnB that’s located in Kuwait City near the Al Hamra mall.
It seems the bus would take around 20 minutes but I am considering renting a car for the duration of the stay. I would have accessible parking at the studio and AirBnB and Google Maps is showing a 12 minute drive. Neither of these seem like bad options to me, but the studio was recommending I find accommodations closer.
I’ll have about a week after the training to explore as well as the weekends, so I thought a car may be a good idea. Also not sure how pertinent but I am a single female in my 30s.
Would love to hear if any of y’all have input or additional info that could help inform my decision, or if you would recommend one way or another!
Thanks in advance.
Hi guys, I’m posting this on behalf of someone else. Please read.
"I am 20 and Kuwaiti. About a month ago, l travelled to the UK with my sister. While there, I ran away. My sister found me with the help of the police, but I told the police I was in danger from my father if I returned (due to running away). I was allowed to stay in the UK, but the authorities contacted the Kuwaiti embassy.
The embassy requested I make contact in person. When I did so, the embassy said they will help me since I felt I was in danger. They offered to send me to the US, but said first i have to go back to Kuwait to apply for a visa.
I believed them, but once back in Kuwait they turned me over to my parents. My parents set up an appointment for a psychiatric evaluation, which I refused to go to because they were going to make me wear a hijab. My father then beat me. I cut myself at this point, and was committed to a psychiatric institution, where I was miserable. I stayed there almost three weeks.
I am distraught. How can I get out of this situation?"
Edit: forgot to add, her parents are not allowing her to go to university and constantly threatening that they’re not ever going to if she doesn’t comply to their rules. + she doesn’t have her passport, I think her parents hide it somewhere.
Does anyone know how to register as a freelancer in Kuwait? And also; will banks give out a loan to a freelancer? Asking for a friend. Thanks in advance.
When I was out earlier, I saw a kitten in the middle of the road, and it seemed hurt. So we stopped the car and I moved the kitten from the road to the pavement.
After coming back from the same way, the kitten was still there meowing loudly. I tried to put some food for it, but I don’t think it ate. It kept meowing loudly and moving around slowly.
I think one of its limbs is broken. Unfortunately I’m unsure how to help, and I can’t take it home honestly. So I thought I’d post here if anyone is able of helping.
Last I saw it was around an hour ago, at gate number 2 of Al Wataniya School in Hawalli right beside Al Rihab complex.
Looking for a study bud to share my struggle with. DM me.
Hello Kuwaiti here, I wanted to ask is it possible to be sponsored by Kuwait without taking the test I heard merit colleges accept you by sending them your score and that’s it no need for anything else other than the universities’s requirements.
l'am not looking for something like a gaming chair something more comfortable. Any recommendations?
Hi M 22 here looking for a badminton partner to play with once in a while. Singles and doubles are both fine, just looking for someone with an intermediate level of play like once a while. Lmk if anyone is down to play I'm in Mahboula btw
Hi , this is technically a few questions in one
So i’ve heard of people getting in trouble since they’re unmarried friends / couples in the same car
I’ve also heard that guys can get in trouble if they have a minor in their car ( by that i mean a 18yo male has a 17 or 16 year old female in their car)
Is any of this true? I’m asking specifically for teenagers, not adults Thank you! EDIT: We’re both teens, were not planning to do anything weird, just want to go for car rides. I’m below 18, and he’s 18.
Kuwaiti here, with grades well-above 70% and going to graduate this year.
I've been trying to get a clear answer about this, but I can't get any clear answers. Am I supposed to apply to a bunch of universities and hope some of them are sponsorable? If so, how do I know what universities are more likely to be sponsorable? There are thousands of colleges/universities to choose from
Hello
I have always wondered about the cons of getting a divorce for a Kuwaiti man. In the US, for example, a man will get 50% of his belongings taken away by his wife when divorced. At least, that's what I heard. Well, what do divorced Kuwaiti men lose exactly? Like in all reasonable cases.
Bonus: What does a Kuwaiti man gain from a marriage actually? Like a chance for a house? Does he keep it if he divorces the wife? A raise in his salary? Does he lose that in a divorce?? 🤔
So many questions... Please give all of your knowledge away, O Wise Ones!
