need help or assistance and advice as well as my previous company refuses to release a Abscon form for my case. I cant move a forward nor apply to the new company I applied due of my case. is there's any way to overcome this? several times i requested and spoken with the PRO of that company, as he said, the employer doesn't want to give a release form for me. even though I'm Legally Cancelled.

This was started last year with the Overstay fines, when I'm about to clear my fines, the previous company noticed that I filed for reducing my fines, then they were rushed to file another case against me and that's the absconding case. I don't know why they're doing this and don't know why they cant give release form for my case.

I need to move on... I have kids and family to support. need to work for them. anyone, need you help and advice. I don't want to get rotten here because of this.

Is it possible to do something with these? possible to file this to the Human Rights?
