Emailed my local Consulate and got sent some stuff
I thought it'd be a long shot but I just sent them a basic email with my details and about how much I like Germany and wish to visit, they were super nice and in a couple days I received a Book, 2 pins, some candy and a letter.
Don't be shy if you want a flag or something, it was super easy and they got back to me almost immediately.

Tennessee this state has a lot of jazz and country music and home to Elvis Presley let’s get the mountains in the road and hunt raccoons because Tennessee is wild all of the flags were credit to u/HeMakesFlags for designing them except for Houston County because it’s flag was awesome
