It was the national or regional flag of a tropical island where I was vacationing, the island itself is very similar to Gran Canaria where I’ve been as well as the second island from Evil Genius (video game from 2004)

So delighted that I found this sub! I can finally share my recreation of a flag I saw about a year ago

Not much to this dream; I only remember seeing this flag during some council session or something similar, and at one moment, I saw Numerobis and Pyradonis from the Asterix & Obelix: Mission Cleopatra movie sitting at a somewhat basic wooden table, and the walls seemed to be made out of bricks or some kind of stone. Both of them were wearing special outfits that were using white and golden colours. They seemed to be quietly talking to each other, and looking around. This flag was on the table, hanging from a small flagpole in the corner; even though it was somewhat small and it wasn't fully seen, I still saw enough of it to recreate its design.

only scene i can recall was standing in a dark room with a board in front with a grid of flags, most of which had colours dark to the point indistinguishable except for a brazil flag 🇧🇷 to the left and this one to my right. dont know why its animated, the symbol was a tower or rod with something spherical hanging above. maybe for a cthonic housing authority?

By the way, I won and my prize was to pass through the teleporting Gate and get a tour of Nazi Germany.
