Which decision was worse? The FBI Director James Comey's decision to publicly announce that he was reopening The Hillary Clinton Email Investigation 11 days before the 2016 Presidential Election or The Supreme Court's decision to stop The Recount in Florida in the 2000 Election?

A lot of people like to blame FBI director Jim Comey's last minute announcement about Hillary Clinton's Emails on Anthony Weiner's laptop late in the 2016 Presidential campaign and The Supreme Courts 5-4 decision to stop The Florida Election Ballot Recounts for Hillary Clinton and Al Gore losing very winnable Elections. My question is which action was more unprecedented by our Legal Institutions?

Steven Greenhouse: Young male voters are flocking to Trump – but he doesn’t have their interests at heart | Trump's presidency was not helpful to most young men on issues that impact them like workers' rights and lowering the costs of healthcare, housing, education, and raising a family.

Poll: Barbara Lee, a longtime leading progressive and pro-peace Democrat, is leaving Congress after foregoing reelection in the House to run for Senate. Should Barbara Lee be given an important role in the Harris-Walz administration, such as Secretary of State or Ambassador to the United Nations?

Trickle-Down Economics has Always Been a Scam: Despite being proven wrong time and again, trickle-down economics keeps limping forward, resurrected by governments to justify tax cuts for the rich with false promises of prosperity for all.

NYT: Kamala Harris spoke with the founders of the Uncommitted National Movement, an anti-war group. Harris listened to stories of people in Michigan who have had dozens of family members killed in Gaza. Harris indicated that she was open to considering their request for an embargo of arms to Israel.

From the New York Times:

Before her rally in Detroit, Vice President Kamala Harris spoke briefly with the co-founders of the Uncommitted National Movement, which mobilized tens of thousands of voters in Michigan to withhold their votes from President Biden in the primary earlier this year over his support for Israel’s war in Gaza. Abbas Alawieh and Layla Elabed said they were in the welcoming line for Harris and Governor Walz, and communicated to Harris that they wanted to support her but that voters wanted her to consider an arms embargo to immediately stop the carnage in the besieged enclave.

Harris listened to stories of people in Michigan who have had dozens of family members killed in Gaza. The leaders asked to meet with her about the embargo request, and said she had indicated that she was open to it, and directed the two leaders to her staff. In a statement, a Harris campaign spokesman said only that “in this brief engagement,” the vice president “reaffirmed that her campaign will continue to engage with those communities.”
