WCIPAs are one of my favourite styles of beers because I love the malt backpone and piney bitterness. For the longest time, the WCIPA's available were Lone Pine and Head Stock, which are both really good beers. The past month or so, there's been a decent amount of west coast IPA's releasing:
I enjoy hazy IPA's (Third Moon is my favourite brewery), but I'm loving the influx of WCIPA's at the moment. If anyone has other suggestion on places I can find them, I'd love recommendations!
I know this is really vague but heading to Toronto for a concert Sunday. I love True History and Godspeed but they never really scream excitement/communal atmosphere to me.
Haven't been to Bellwoods in a while but last I was it felt a bit pretentious.
I'm looking for a place that will be craft oriented, somewhat busy and a very welcoming, friendly vibe. Maybe Rorschach or Blood Brothers? Or likely some pubs I just don't know from living an hour outside Toronto?

Following up on a post somebody made about buying expired beer - here is some from Collective Arts, bought at the brewery.
It’s easy to jump on Flying Monkeys for stuff like this, but I think it’s a little more prevalent than we would like to admit.
I didn’t notice the date code until I got home, so I didn’t have a chance to ask about it.
I’ve recently seen a post from CA on social media about a ‘huge sale’ they’re having… I wonder if it’s for expired beer?
Sadly, getting rid of my collection of homebrewing, craft beer, and beer tasting book collection. Posted on Kijiji and FB marketplace, but is there another Toronto site where I could see this go to a good homebrew/craft beer aficionado?

Because ranking is always fun. No explanations or justifications. Just your top three.
Just tried a Mango Gose by Burdock-- didn't think I'd like it and did! Made me think, what are the beers you don't expect to enjoy but really do?

Just saw a listing for a brewery in Durham Region, 4500 hl, tasting room and patio for 75...any ideas who this is?
Hi everyone, my wife and I have one day in Toronto and would love to know which are the must visit breweries in your city? We are staying in Old Town but happy to travel around on transit/Uber. Blood Brothers and Bellwoods are the two currently on my list but would love to know which other ones are recommended! Cheers!
