Anyone know what’s going on?
I couldn't help but notice that Tipp got a mention in her latest album. Does she have some sort of link to the county?
Just chancing me arm here 😁

At the end August this year, a small group from all walks of life and from all across Ireland, embarked on The Longest Malin to Mizen; a 1000+km cycle the length and breadth the country, calling at various regenerative and organic farms along the way.
Organised by Brendan Guinan of Fiorbhia Farm, and Colman Power (Organic Fitness), the journey aimed to promote the benefits of regenerative agriculture - both for the planet and people - to the wider public, by opening up the farms for events where you could see how food is produced and sample what each farm has to offer.
A film crew followed the entire journey and a documentary will be released towards the end of this year. For now, here is the trailer, we'd love to hear your thoughts on it!
Hi guys, I'm going to start my driving lessons soon and was looking for driving instructors for the 12 lessons in the Thurles area. Any recommendations? Rsa school of motoring and aviva are also operating in the area too so I'd be very interested to hear anyone's experiences with those!
Hi All I'm from a town in Tipp that has a strong darts following but I'm trying to see how the rest of the country feels about this so any feedback is welcome!
I’ve developed a new darts app and hardware that lets you focus entirely on your game while the system handles all the scoring for you—no more arguments or human errors!
The app tracks your scores, updates automatically, and keeps all your game stats on your phone. I’m also working on a feature where you can play against other users in real time, even if you’re at home alone!
I am working on a fee structure and am hoping to get some input from darts users, would you be willing to pay a one time fee of €80 for the initial setup and the hardware and then a €15 per month fee thereafter or do you find this too steep? Do you think your local pub would use this system? I am open to any and all feedback and hope to launch this app in the coming months so keep an eye out
No more stopping to calculate—just throw, and the app does the rest!
Perfect for both casual players and pros alike!
I'm based in Cashel, Tipperary and I'm planning to leave the country for about 2 months.
Now I do not have a private parking space and I park on roadside for which I do have the permit from the town council.
I'm not sure if it's alright to leave the car parked on the roadside given I won't be around for a long time. What if there'd be some planned roadworks and I won't be there to move my car out.
I wanted to know garages accept my car to be held for time being or there are any such parking spaces available where I can park for reasonable price.
I'd appreciate any thoughts and suggestions!
Thanks
Attending his sister birthday at the Cashel Palace, City Bar booked out too
Hey Folks,
I'm 30 and recently moved to north tipp with my partner. I've realised it is exceptionally hard to make friends the older you get.
So, I'm taking a random shot and creating this reddit group as a forum for people in a similar boat, who want to make friends in the area to reach out.
If it sparks up a bit of conversation and people have things in common, great - if not then no worries, the best we can do is put ourselves out there and try!
So feel free to drop in a reply if interested!
This is my lonely hearts ad for Irish participants for a global study on internet regulation preferences. I'm particularly looking for non-Dublin participants to make sure all voices are heard - I'm hoping Tipperary can help out!
This study is running in 26 countries - it only takes ~6minutes and helps keep Ireland on the research map!

Looking for a PAYG. leisure centre with a Pool , jacuzzi, steam room.. that isnt falling appart.?. thanks 👍
There's a PLC I'm hoping to do up there and I'm just wondering how's accommodation (commuting isn't a viable option). I'm not too picky about the places tbh just so long as I've got my own room and access to basics (food, bathroom, etc). What are prices, availability and things along those lines like?

Are the rhododendrons in bloom at the vee at the moment? I’m too lazy to drive up, but I plan to make the trip tomorrow
Somnthing secret..
As the title says, I’m looking for a place in the clonmel/Waterford area that’s secluded and as far away from possible, to test some super loud jet engines. Anywhere I can drive to, I can bring all my equipment, but the engines are fairly loud, so I’d want to be as far from houses as possible. Anybody any ideas?? The test run time of the engines is seconds rather than minutes
Well lads I’m a fifth year student and I’m looking for a job anywhere in the south Tipp/north Cork region . I have experience milking cows at home and other general farm work however the job doesn’t have to do with farming. I can start this week. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
An indenture of August 26, 1585, between Thomas, Earl of Ormond, and Brien O'Kennedy of Ballehimickyn in Ormond, viz., that said Earl grants all the seignories, rents, duties, customs and services which Owen O'Kennedy, otherwise called O'Kennedy Don, late of Ballyartile in Ormond, had and enjoyed in Lower Ormond/to have and to hold to said Brien and his assigns during the will and pleasure of the Earl, paying one good beast at or before the feast of the Nativity. Brien to serve in his best armour and furniture of war whenever required.
Witnesses: Peter Shee, John Bryane, Patrick Bussher. August 26, 1585
For the last number of years I have been researching the Medieval and early modern history of the Baronies of Upper and Lower Ormond. It was great to actually physically hold this legal document from 1585 - 439 years old. It's a work in progress with an intended publication.
