Hi, I'm trying to stream, but I keep getting a message that says, "Sorry, we're working through a few technical issues. Wait a bit and try again." Does anyone know what could be causing this or how I could get it functioning? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

did they remove the stream feature from reddit? no subs are available and no streamers are active. did they finally remove the communitys fav feature?

EDIT: After writing this last night, i determined the issue is more widespread than my computer. It appearsto be a system issue affecting just about everyone. I am sure it is getting worked out, so no need to panic, fellow streamers!

I attempted many times to stream tonight and received this error message (see: pictures). Attempts to remedy this situation include:

1) restarted/shut down my mac SEVERAL times (once was forced to do so manually)

2) logged out and back in to Reddit, including authenticating

3) disconnected and reconnected my Reddit account to OBS, including authenticating

4) replaced RPAN Studio app from Github (although my version was current)

5) manually typed several subreddits into the subreddit field (with "r/" and without "r/")

Nothing has worked... I already looked at the fixes discussed in this subreddit, and they have either been tried (see: above list) or are not applicable because I am not running Windows. Can anyone help me sort this out? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Hello, every time I try to set up a game to display or my screen to capture, the game or screen just shows a blank grey background. Even when I select the correct display or screen, the window will always display as a blank gray screen. Has anyone else had this issue?

Been getting a "failed to connect" message on over 90% of my stream attempts, and have already confirmed several times it is neither an internet issue nor a firewall issue...Can someone please explain wtf is going on here? Is it time to hunt for a new streaming platform?

I have been seeing this more often in rpan studio. No firewall, 300/30 bandwidth

I can "ok" it and it may connect fine on the next try, or error a few time till I get a connection. Each try puts a failed stream in my profile and in the sub I'm trying to connect to (annoying)

The DDJ-1000 sounds fine on both monitor (booth) output and the computer speakers (master). Output source in Rekordbox is "DDJ-1000 ASIO," which is what it is supposed to be for RPAN output iirc.

However whenever I open RPAN and have it as the active window, the audio gets choppy immediately. If I make Rekordbox the active window it will remain choppy for about 30 seconds.

Additionally, the RPAN mixer shows no audio under any of the device settings I try.

I have a moderately beefy computer (considered a gaming laptop though probably on the cheaper end) that has worked just fine with RPAN before within the past 2 months.

So far I have:

·updated Rekordbox 5 to latest version

·cycled power on all devices

·checked to see if there is an update for RPAN studio; seems to be current (the windows 11 login fix update)

·made sure sampling rate is consistent between software at 44.1 khz

·deleted and re-added audio input capture device with every available device setting (choppy-ness persists whether or not audio input is active)

·deleted webcam inputs in case they were interfering somehow

·thorough windows system cleanup and system update

·uninstalled and reinstalled RPAN studio with windows restart in between (nevertheless the problem persists)

·after all of this, my computer seems to have drastically reduced audio levels. Netlfix and YouTube are barely audible on maximum volume

When I click “Start Streaming” it shows “…connecting” while trying to go live. A minute later a dialogue box pops up saying “Failed to connect to server. The connection timed out…”

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hello! I’m pretty new to streaming on Reddit and I plan to steam my digital art on here using RPAN/OBS.

I wanted to ask if Reddit allows you to play any music on here from a playlist or YouTube? Also, how can I add it to my stream?

I can't figure out the audio settings for RPAN Studio. Can I stream audio DIRECTLY from VDJ to RPAN? I am using a Pioneer Controller w/ Virtual DJ

Inside RPan Studios, when i go to the Settings > Stream page, the SERVICE dropdown is greyed out and the Connect Account button does nothing. What should i do?

Every time I attempt to start a stream, I get an error that reads "Failed to connect to server. Hostname found, but no data of the requested type." Is there a way to fix this issue?

I see some people have very skinny boxes, others somewhat wider boxes, and one fellow had a little square. What settings control this?

I'm getting a lot of droped frames and freezing of the RPAN app so essentially streaming is imposible...but it's not due to slow internet connection. Also my hardware is pretty decent so it cant be that, although I can see CPU usage gets really high. Is there something I need to tweak in the RPAN Studio settings?

Anyone know why this happens? I've just updated to the latest version and i'm still getting the problem. Everything plays at once while i frantically reach for the volume to turn it down. Is this a bug or is there a setting i'm unaware of? Thanks

Hey everyone! We're looking for some help regarding RPAN Studio and connecting our account. It seems every time we try to connect our account to begin streaming, it prompts us with the login screen, we fill in our info, hit "sign in" and the pop up window shows "Singing in". Then it just takes us back to the same screen prompting us to connect our account. Even when all the info we types in is 100% correct. We've tried re-dowloading it, so we're hoping maybe someone can help us with this issue? Thanks! :)

i tried to use a plugin but it keeps crashing the program. Also what would be the best way to use two cameras? will i need a capture card? when I connect two cameras, the program only reads one of them at a time

I was top stream yesterday which was cool but I didnt realise that my mic was a little delayed because I was using the default audio driver

I'd like to use ASIO next time, can I have a step by step guide on how to get the OBS-ASIO plug in to work on RPAN?

Hey, just download and installed RPANStudio. No exe file shows up to run the program after installing and when I search for the file, all aplication I found is uninstall. What am I missing?
