M/31/5’11” [215lbs to 180lbs] (2 years) - Lost weight for a girl but overdid it

Lost weight for a girl but ended up overdoing it and lost a lot of muscle getting to 165 lbs. I chose to lean bulk up and feel healthier and stronger now compared to back then.

This is the progress I've made in the last bulk and cut cycle I've done. Cut down to about 171lbs last summer and now back to 196lbs in this bulk but definitely more happy with the body comp this time round!
