Been cruising at maintenance for the past 8 months, just hitting whatever’s not sore.
As the title says, 18-21, went from 140-165lbs peaked at around 190lbs and cut down to 146 shredded at one point. Lots of progress to go. Diet was definitely not as consistent/ good as it needed to be besides during the cut. However…. Overall I’m fairly happy with my progress.
Thought it would never happen to me but getting out of the army proved to take an unexpected mental and physical toll on me.
I lost the habit and discipline to work out and I found it easy to blame my environment rather than myself.
Slowly but surely working on fixing it.
I’m now constantly hungry thooo
Feeling great. Cant believe how much fat I had. Almost at a point where I can switch to a mild surplus.
