I put down alcohol and picks up dumbbells.

Starting from nearly 0 in the muscle department but I am excited to be making progress.

Just needed some motivation from the bros to keep going, feels like I hit a plateau, and I just want to push through it

Peak of my bulk to the end of the cut basically. For me it’s all about the consistency with nutrition because I’ve always loved lifting weights.

M/30/5'4" [140lbs to 121lbs] (15 months)

Started lifting again at 29 years old, 5'4 140lbs and embarrassed of my body, picture on the left gave me the boot up the ass I needed to get moving again, picture on the right taken today.

I promised myself that I'd be proud of what I saw in the mirror at 30. Mission accomplished, but also just begun.

I'm not much of a narcissist but I can't stop looking. So proud and excited that I've really only just started this process in earest

M/21/6’0” [92kg to 78kg] (9 months) - First cut started 3 weeks ago!

I decided not to bulk from where I started because I was already big, and got straight into weight lifting.

Start of August I weighed 83kg, and I decided I wanted to start a cut, so I’ve been cutting since then, and I’m aiming to get down to 75kg by late October before I switch back to maintenance. I also started creatine at the same time I started my cut.

Trying to get my figure beach ready for Australian summer. Last summer was a huge wake up call for me.

M/32/5’8” [260 lbs to 207 lbs] (10 months)

10 months of running and eating in a calorie deficit. About to attempt my first half marathon. Did about 1 month of lifting but thought I should first settle into weightloss gains before getting swole. About to change tact. Apologies for rubbish before photo. Didn’t like my picture being taken.. that’s about to change. 💪🏻

M/33/5'11" [165 lbs to 160 lbs] (3 months)

Started swimming about 800m-1000m every other day, and working out 2-3 times a week. Just trying to eat at maintenance and keeping the protein high.

Can't lift heavy because of a semi bulging disc on my c5-6, so I mainly do high rep, medium weight isolation exercises. No deadlifts or squats.

It's going ok so far.

M/25/5’10” [110lbs to 205lbs] (10 years)

Just felt like posting my progress since I’m on this sub a lot.

Had just finished up cross country when I started in the pic on the left. On the right I was like 4 weeks from a bodybuilding competition. Normally I walk around at 220-230lbs

I’m not. Please don’t ask. I am happy to talk about any other aspects of fitness.

M/32/6'2" [320lbs to 275lbs] (1 year)

Still got a long ways to go, but after a move across the country and two break ups I’m starting to get back to my old self. I’ve been doing push/pull days on and off throughout the year for at least 3 days a week, and cleaning up my eating habits. I still haven’t gone to full calorie counting but that’s the next step.
