I had a long day at uni, then went very hard in the gym and took about 1.5g of phenibut at around 6pm went to a party at 9pm and dosed another 0.5ish g at the party.

I felt absolutely amazing on the drive to the party, like singing in the car and wanting to call some friends and just in a great mood. But as I arrived, the anxiety took over and the effect was gone. Is that normal, did I do something wrong? Is the phenibut shit or what? I ordered in the EU from rawpowders.

Ive been struggling with heavy depression and anxiety for years. Been in and out of the ward, psychologist and medication, SSRI´s etc. All kinds of supplements you can imagine. Ive only been trying Phenibut for a week now, taking around 250mg every two days and I could almost cry because of the way I feel. Now of course this might be too good to be true and it might have some adverse side effects and withdrawals but my motivation, anxiety and enjoyment in life has improved a lot. I moved from existing in my dark trashy room to cleaning my room twice a week, sitting outside and enjoying nature, socialising and my sleep heavily improved. I can actually exist now without feeling absolutely miserable. Anyone else has similar experiences or tips and tricks regarding phenibut use as a supplement medication?

I have been taken Phenibut for about 4 months (1-2 times a month at most) and I turn into a socializing beast. Making Friends with complete strangers and being very likeble.

I used to have very high Social Anxiety when I was by myself always thinging about how I look and what other people think.

But now after I have taken Phenibut a couple of times its almost completely gone even when off Phenibut.

Could Phenibut have reduced it or is it just my Brain getting used to Social exposure while on Phenibut and it carrying over when I am off it ?

When i take Phenibut for anxiolytic effects (i tried dosages between 0,4g and 3,9g with no real differences between those dosages) I always have hangover feelings the day after. My legs feel tired like i was walking 10h nonstop and i have less desire to eat. Anyone noticed something similar? I had this feeling even when i took 0,4h phenibut hcl before going to sleep and woke up like i have a hangover.

It is just me or 1-2g of Phenibut give me weird sensation in the legs, kind of restless leg, and that’s about it.

Hi fellas, been taking phenibut for around 7-8 years now, for the past 3 years i was using Nootropicsdepot and the quality was great until it stopped selling it, im now down to my last few grams from my 250g tub of it so bought a 10g sampler from phenibut-uk and tried it a few days ago and i have to say i was pretty disappointed, the effect is there but seems pretty week, that sedating anti-anxiety effect i got from nootropicsdepot also wasnt there, im going to try it again this week maybe i was having a off day but for the UK folks on here whats your opinion of phenibut-uk's quality?, Cheers.

Recently got my order from Eden Grows, and am wanting to try it for the first time, along with my prescribed 20mg IR adderall. I’m 5’10 115lbs. What would be the best way to do this? FTR I’m generally pretty sensitive to psychoactive substances, a lightweight if you will.

Hello! I recently bought phenibut and i dosed 2.5g for the first time with no effects. I can dose like 3.5g and redose 3.5g after few hours without any effects. Like yeah i feel the classic GABA dizzines n shit but nothing how everyone describes it. Also i dont enjoy alcohol and benzodiazepines. I enjoyed 1.4-BDO but tbh it was hit or miss too. Sometimes it didnt do anything. Anyone just know what should i do. Should i dose like 7g in one go to feel good?

I bought some phenibut from Next Valley and it seems noticeably weaker than what I previously got from sportpoeders.nl (who unfortunately stopped selling it). The texture is also different, it is much more powdery, like fine sand, whereas the previous batches I had were fluffier and it stuck to itself / clumped easily. Unfortunately I get GI issues from phenibut in higher doses so just taking more is not really an option.

Does anyone have recommendations for other vendors? I only really see it being sold at research chemical vendors for much higher prices than I am used to (25g for the same price I used to pay for 100g), but would still be willing to pay the premium to get the quality I am used to.

I've recently discovered phenibut, and am in the process of working out optimum doses and combos.

The effect I enjoy the most is the significantly enhanced enjoyment and immersiveness of music.

First time I tried it a couple of months ago, I combined it with Kratom, which greatly increased my enjoyment of music. Something which I already love, but have to be in the right mood for. For some reason the kratom + phenibut combo no longer works, for me, but man does alcohol ever work or what!? I only need like 1 beer on top of the phenibut for the musical enhancement effects to launch and they are great. The combo is the next best thing to GBL that I have found to this point.

I don't drink a huge amount, just say 1 beer per hour, something at that kind of rate to keep topping up is plenty for me. Next time I'll try working out the optimum doses of phenibut plus alcohol, but I'll go quite carefully as I did notice some dizzyness when the combo had me dancing around my house last night.

I gather than alcohol plus amphetamines creates it's own unique and special pro-drug in the brain, and I'm sensing that phenibut plus alcohol does something similar.

Has anyone else found this, or heard about it?

GBL is probably my favourite substance ever but it's difficult to obtain these days in the UK. So finding a cheap, legal, and easy to acquire replacement in the form of phenibut is like a gift from the gods to some extent.

I need to try to use phenibut for it's positive effects, like the massively increased enjoyabilty and immersiveness of music. It also makes me more sociable and interested in people. Kind of reversing some aspects of my Autism in that regard.

An effect which I don't see as so positive is the effect on libido. It makes me so lecherous, which is not something I see as a good thing. So far each time I've wasted too much time looking up things to get off to on the internet, something which I don't see as a good or positive use of time in any way, and which kind of depresses me.

I should probably knock one out before I use phenibut next time, that way I'd be far less likely to have any interest in such activities, and instead can get straight down to the good stuff, like drinking alcohol and listening to music.

Hey, so I used to be on lithium. When I would take phenibut on lithium I would get extremely social and happy and would also have 0 negative side effects. Hi, I like to share my phenibut experience, I'm new to phenibut and like to try it to get horny and euphoric. My tolerance are super low even on benzo, weed, alcohol...etc

1st dose: on 3/4 morning after meal dosing 1 g phenibut hcl combo cialis. feel sick, dry mouth, and nausea after 1 hour, lay down take rest whole day, nausea till night, did'nt feel any euphoric, no stimulate, no horny, just nausea.

2nd dose: 10/4 wait one week later oral 600 mg, cialis, vitamin B complex and a cup of coffee at evening 6:05pm, feel feel the effect in 2 hours. less nausea, dry mouth, sedated, no euphoric, no horny, no stimulate. nothing special.

3rd dose: 17/4 oral 710mg on 11 am with raw ginger powder, cialis, vitamin B complex and a cup of coffee, feel nausea whole day but acceptable, feel the effect after 3 hours, euphoric, stimulated, music is crazy, no horny, dry mouth, finish alot of work in office.

I enjoy driving while listen the music, is very fun, drive like a racer is listen trance music. At night sitting at garden few hours stay on same position listen love song feel empathy, thinking of all ex girl friends, wanna hold them all in my arm. Sleep no problem, horny weird dreams with some one no face or something, i don't know. LOL

next day still feel the effect, confident, talkative, sedated, music is nice but still no any sign of increase libido. overall the experience is good, i like it.

4rd dose 24/4 oral 700 mg with ginger extract powder, vitamin B complex. feel the effect coming in one hour. feel tired, mild nausea, mild sedated, no stimulate, no euphoric, no libido, no dry mouth. listen music nothing specials. disappointed, bored!

My questions is:

1..my dose too low?

2..should i combo with DMHA? caffeine are banned in my country?

3..how to get rid of nausea?

Previously I was using phenibut rather heavy. I realized it began to switch up and I needed to slow down. Just about every other day I was taking phenibut just to avoid the come down and rebounds. To add to that I felt like maybe I wouldn't be the type who gets horrible rebounds.

Now I'd like to start using less and less often.

For tolerance reasons, how would it be dosing 500-700mg in a single dose every other day as opposed to 1.5-2.5 every other day?

Would tolerance decline, stay the same, etc? Would rebounds just be slighgly more tolerable? Will my body be able to continue producing its own gaba more efficiently opposed to 1.5-2.5g every other day?

I hardly use phenibut. Maybe once every 2 weeks or so. I saw this one post where it said that the more you use it, the more you are permanently altering your brain chemistry. Each time you use it, your gaba receptors are permanently getting depleted and even after the rebound, your brain won't be completely back to normal. Is this true or was this just a fear mongering post that I read??

I’ve tried this combo one year ago (0,5g phenibut and 3g Kratom) and I was super tired. I would almost nod off and when I went to sleep I was afraid of forgetting to breath.

I have read many times that this combo is great and I want to ask if maybe the doses were wrong? Should I try it again for a night out to the bars?

Unfortunately… for me; Phenibut gives me anxiety, almost ‘panicky.’ Idk what it is & I can’t tell you my dosage. I got a product from a gas station called “Nirvana.” It had a handful things in it: huperzine, caffeine, Phenibut and two or three more very common compounds (forgot). The total mg of the “propriety blend” was 800mg. So idk exactly how much Phenibut is in it… but yeah. The feeling was quite (very uncomfortable). I was hoping I could replace my Kratom usage with it, and use it occasionally. (Been off Kratom for 2 months almost) something to smooth out the edge. I have anxiety and been prescribed benzos before. Welp.. I gave it another shot and bought some off of ☂️ 🧪. Took a small dose of 150+/-? Maybe I’m just sensitive to it? Idk. What do you think, any input?

I’ve been doing phenibut off and on for a decade. When i first heard about it, it was a total miracle drug. Used it for a while. took a break for a few years until 2020ish or whenever the stuff went out of stock everywhere. since that time i’ve tried three different batches from lift mode, science bio (F phenibut), and nootropics depot. They ALL feel like a completely different dirty horrible version of phenibut. I’ve shared it with my friends who have tried it before too and they agree its just not the same. Most of them make me feel sick and the anxiety relief feels more like my brain is just shut off than anything. The F phenbut from science bio did absolutely nothing but make me sick in every dose.

I simply do not believe these companies are selling the same stuff or that its the same purity. I want to try another batch and find the old stuff that turned any shitty day into an amazing one. No i do not just have a tolerance now.
