I do not play monster Hunter or know anything about it I’m making an embroidery of the monster Hunter weapons for my friend. I was able to find the names of all the weapons in this photo except for whatever the cat thing is. Can someone enlighten me?? Sorry if this is a dumb question
It took me 150+ tries with a frostcraft build
One of my biggest gripes with world is how almost everything you fight is way above your head. Flying things, super tall 2 legged brutes, raid fights that tower up there. I miss the crabs, the spider, the snakes like lagiacrus and nagarala. I miss the beyblade dino from 3 and the lurdasour. Where are my run on its body master rank fights like dalamadur and the morhans.
And while we are at it the elements too, why is everything in world weak to fire ice and dragon.
Overall just hoping for more diversity in wilds
... what would you want to see added and why?
I feel like there is a good amount of weaponry in the series as is however there are some things I think would be kinda neat to see added as well.
Firstly I think a fist weapon would be fantastic cause let's just admit that being able to beat an elder dragon into submission with your hands would be kinda metal. And when you look at enemies like Rajang and Brachydios using the power of the those power houses hands would be pretty sweet IMO.
Secondly I think a smaller range weapon would be fantastic, the bow has great mobility but lacks the damage capabilities of the LBG which makes sense since the LBG is a mechanized round launcher but the LBG lacks the mobility of the bow due to it's size. My thoughts here are something more like an automatic crossbow type weapon something akin to the crossbow seen in the 2004 Van Helsing movie. Push the damage output somewhere between the bow and LBG but retain the how's mobility. I first thought something like a handheld bowgun type unit but I feel that would be just a tad less believable even than something like the switchaxe.
I look forward to hearing ideas or even feedback on what I've put forth.
Happy hunting.
Hello, fellow hunters!
I’d like to get as much information as possible, if that’s possible, about the progress of Monster Hunter Wilds optimization.
I’ve heard that Capcom is working on it and even posted a message to reassure players regarding the optimization issues from the beta.
Here are my questions:
Is it possible to get any updates on the optimization and its progress?
Do we really need to worry about the game’s release?
Are the minimum and recommended system requirements accurate or exaggerated?

On my side, I’m currently buying a new setup, which includes:
I’m concerned that this setup might be a bit limited for playing in high quality at 60 FPS.

Thank you for your answers! Feel free to share your feedback on your experience during the beta or explain a bit more about PC specs and graphics cards, as I’m really not familiar with this stuff at all.
Happy hunting!
Wasn't expecting it, but I'll take it, lol
I know crossplay itself was possible but I couldn’t find any way to actually play with specific ppl. The closest we got was being in the same session but because there was like 100 people in the same session, finding our quests was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Was I doing something wrong or did they not flesh out that whole feature yet?
Will they make this easier by launch? I’m not really expecting it since MH world’s multiplayer was a bit awkward to play around but it would be nice to be able to play with friends cross platform.
I’m a new player I have played rise, sunbreak and am making my way through iceborne (at alatreon right now) and want to play the older games and was wondering what ones.
I was thinking of 3u and gu for the underwater fights, abyssal lagi etc and mhgu for the amount of monsters from previous games that aren’t in 3u or world and rise but I want to fight dalamadur. I don’t know if this is a good enough reason to get 4/4u. What other monsters are in 4/4u that aren’t in gu that would make it worth buying?
I have no clue how they'd do it. Like I have no clue what weapon they'd make it be, but I just dream every day of a weapon in monster hunter that plays like a platinum games game. You know what I'm saying like crazy fast over the top combat I love that shit. I mean I know a weapon that plays like a bayonetta game pro
You never expect much from the story of Monster Hunter and we really had characters with names until Rise and we have the best one for the moment in 4 Ultimate and Sunbreak but they hope to have a real lore in Wilds
I would love to see a better plot in this one between lore I don't know if that's the right
(I just leave here a ahamkara dragon from destiny)
Like wow the way you hit them after putting them is so punchy.
Something I haven't seen anyone talking about is the level of sharpening in Wilds. This time for the first time our hunter will no longer be a young hunter who is taking his first quests in the guild. He is an experienced hunter who is leading an exploration group. So that said. Will we have White or Purple sharpening in the base game?
hello! I have always been intrigued to know what the toughest rivalries between monsters are, I don't mean predator vs prey, but predator vs predator, you understand? that compete for territory or the same prey. I hope I express myself well, greetings!
I'm trying to get the Magna dual blades and I don't want to farm alone. Dm (Xbox)
Its so, meh. Its gimmick of mud is already done better by barroth and being a walking fish is done already by other piscenes, what does it have? Its the nothing burger
Because when I try loading those files up to the game, it just freeze at the starting screen
Ok the
I played MFHU as a kid, and out of all the monsters, the Tigrex was the only one that really scared me. I'm not talking about difficulty, almost every monster in that game was a nightmare, but the Tigrex was scary on another level. Being alone with it in the mountains, made me agitated whenever he was charging towards. I think it's the way he feels like an actual predator. Many powerful monsters were somewhat elegant in their fighting style: not the Tigrex. He was there for one thing and one thing only, eating you. Plain and simple. Other things that add to this are the scene where he hunts the Popo's and the first time he surprises you during a normal mission. All those things have the specific goal of making you scared whenever you see a Tigrex.
Then I played Rise and defeated a Tigrex first try almost without getting hit. I guess now the fights are more even 🤣
Hello honorable Hunters,
MH Wilds release is in 2 months. (Gotta buy a god damn new System for that Title my Pc is like 4 Gens old).
Meanwhile MH World and Rise are boring and we do not want to buy Generations Ultimate for Switch Fullprice.
I can not remember if MH3U had featured a Private Lobby like MHFU had on the PSP where anyone just could join. I guess the official Servers are shut down long time ago by Capcom.....
Could not find anything about this game in the web. Its like everything got deleted wtf.
Thanks for any Information or other suggestions :) happy hunting
