One of Roland Ratzenberger's last photos alive, on April 30th, 1994 at Imola. He'd pass away later that day, after hitting an unprotected concrete wall at 314.9 kph, and Imola would claim the life of Ayrton Senna the next day

Max Mosley, FIA President at the time, said something about Ratzenberger: "Roland had been forgotten. So, I went to his funeral because everyone went to Senna's. I thought it was important that somebody went to his."

Last photo of Chad Wesley Pritchard, who fell 160 ft. into a sinkhole while investigating a tip in a cold-case homicide. He had graduated from the police academy only 3 months prior. Pritchard is the only deputy to be killed in the line of duty in the county he served.

Chad Wesley Pritchard, along with another deputy and two state park rangers, were investigating a tip on a cold-case homicide in a Tennessee state park when they came across a sinkhole. As Deputy Prichard attempted to get a closer look with his flashlight, the ground around the sinkhole gave way and he fell into the hole. His colleagues called to him but heard no response.

Rescue personnel responded to the scene and recovered Deputy Pritchard’s body several hours later. Responders estimate he fell approximately 160 feet to his death.

This case is notable for multiple reasons: • Deputy Pritchard had served as a deputy for only 2-1/2 months. • The family of the homicide victim, whose death Chad was investigating, told media they consider Chad another victim of their missing family member’s killer. • Fourteen years after his death, the cold case Deputy Pritchard was investigating remains unsolved.

In 1975, Stanley Forman captured "Fire on Marlborough Street", showing a 19-year-old woman and her goddaughter falling from a collapsing fire escape during a building fire. The woman died on impact, but the child survived. The image won a Pulitzer and led to improved fire escape safety regulations.

Last photo of Tim Samaras, Paul Samaras, and Carl young seconds before being struck by a tornado (May 31, 2013)

Three of the most respected storm chasers in the field, their vehicle was overtaken by a 2.6 mile wide tornado moving at highway speeds as they attempted to pass it to the north. The headlights of their Chevrolet Cobalt are visible to the right of the oil derrick. The photographer, also fleeing the storm, would have a hill eclipse their view shortly after this as a subvortex within the tornado moving at 150mph with winds exceeding 300mph struck the vehicle off camera.

    Bowie’s actual last photo

There’s another photo claiming to be his last, where he looks pretty healthy.

That one was taken a year prior, but released after his death.

This photo was taken at the opening of his play Lazarus in early December of 2015. He passed away a month later.

You can clearly see he is ill. According to what I heard, he was very weak that day and needed assistance walking. He left the event early.

He worked hard on this okay and pushed himself to attend the opening.

    God bless him.

Last picture of Mousa taken by his teacher ( warning)

    Warning 🙏

This picture was taken by Mousa’s teacher, a few days before his body gave up from being tortured for months by his evil stepmother. The 7 year old Iraqi boy was tortured in the worse ways possible and tried multiple times to get help from police officers and teachers. He even walked barefoot in the middle of the night to the nearest police station to get help but they did nothing more then taking him back to home. Rest in peace angel 🕊️

The story is very heartbreaking, if you want to know more : https://www.gulftoday.ae/News/2023/07/25/Stepmother-electrocutes-and-knifes-7-year-old-child-to-death-in-Iraq

Last image of Abeer ( murdered child)

Abeer Qassim al-Jabani (1991 – 2006) was a 14-year-old Iraqi girl, who was gang-raped and killed, and her family murdered by United States Army soldiers, on March 12, 2006.

On March 12, 2006, in a pre-planned attack, five soldiers walked in broad daylight into Abeer’s house. They separated Abeer and her family into two different rooms. One soldier, Steven D. Green murdered both Abeer’s parents and her younger sister, while two other soldiers “took turns” to hold the child down and rape her in the other room. Green emerged stating "I just killed them, all are dead" and proceeded to rape Abeer himself. Finally, he shot her in the head, doused her in kerosene, and set the lower part of Abeer’s body, from her stomach down to her feet, on fire. The fire spread, alerting neighours. One recalled:

"The poor girl, she was so beautiful. She lay there, one leg was stretched and the other bent and her dress was lifted up to her neck."

Green, who later described the crime as "awesome", and the other soldiers who participated in the incident told the Iraqi Army soldiers who arrived on the scene that it had been perpetrated by Sunni insurgents. The truth only came to light when an unidentified soldier later revealed the crime, following the torture and murder of two other soldiers in the same regiment, in a believed revenge attack for Abeer’s murder. If it wasn’t for this, these criminals, who have committed the worst crimes imaginable and torn a family apart, would still be free men.
