Dude who rents them out is a real shit bag . He will show up completely un-invited and start killing birds around the house at 8pm. Yeah... He will throw a massive man child fit if you do not let him and his two monster children into your house at 9pm while your wife and kids are asleep so he can work on something loudly for 2 hours .. There is drug house across the street that has police at it constantly. In the summer time they like to come onto this property and look through the windows and steal stuff outta your cars .folks are always letting their dogs shit in the yard since there's no fence oh and any trash blowing around the street ends up on this property somehow . The tree in front is dying and falling apart but landlord won't do anything as he deems it to expensive. Every windstorm a branch falls off, I've replaced 2 car windows due to it regardless landlord will still make you park under it and try fining you if you don't. Right behind the property is a convicted pedofile who was incarcerated in 3 states for breaking into homes and what not .. So if you have kids and are thinking of moving in this area keep that in mind as I know labd owner will not say a word to you about it . Also if you have a dog or cat he sprays poison around the property regularly and will not say a word to anyone until your animal starts having convulsions from eating the grass outside .. Landlord name is Brtt. He's a shit bird and I PROMISE you do not want to live here. there are far better places. With far better landlords. Unless you hate privacy enjoy loud gangsta music at 3 am like letting the neighbors take this from your car whenever they want it, if you can't stand your car windows you really like the land lord standing in your bathroom window unexpectedly while your taking a shower this place is for you !

a couple years ago I hired some guys from a recovery treatment program to help me dig a trench, but unfortunately I can't remember the name of that program cuz I find myself needing a couple guys to give me a hand again. does anybody know what I'm talking about? they're a substance abuse recovery program and part of it is the people in treatment work odd jobs

I currently have lots of anxiety w depression and that like impending doom ; while also having a fear of dying . doctors never listen to me and i do NOT want big pharmacy medication. i just recently started a antibiotic and it has throw me all sorts of ways off.

I saw a dog on the highway that pulled off into port orchard. The dog had those goggles on and had it's head hanging out the window. There was a sticker on the truck for the dog's instagram but I couldn't get close enough to read it.

Hey everyone - I live in PO and have an event in Everett on Sunday afternoon at 3 pm. A quick look at Google tells me this is nearly a 2 hour drive. Is there any point in looking in to the Kingston to Edmunds ferry? On the surface it seems like it could be a quicker and less stressful way to get over there, but then there are the notorious 3-hour waits for the ferry I've heard about too.

Any advice? I rarely go north of Seattle so I really have no experience to draw from.

Hi all…..looking to visit with my partner in mid-July. Wanting a nice base in which we can explore for a week. We are leaning towards: Poulsbo, Bremerton or Port Orchard area. We want to kayak, take beach walks, visit Seattle, Vashon island, explore, and perhaps even go to Sequim for the lavender festival. We will have a car but hoping to take the ferry places…and maybe a scenic drive or two. Any highlights these desert dwellers might like? We are fit enough for hiking, kayak in and bicycling. Starting approximately 6pm going until about 11pm last night multiple loud explosions were seen, felt and heard by residents at the Sinclair Apartments in Port Orchard. There were roughly 6 explosions, some were consecutive. The explosions were loud enough to cause mild shaking in the apartment buildings.
