Between the adult kids in my family, we get 4 turkeys through our works, I dont have freezer space, and cant drive all the way down for family to store it. Want to make a difference for someone else. Any ideas?
Has anybody tried to build a home recently? Trying to get a feel for the process and if permits are hard to get?
Recently moved to Port Orchard and have been seriously craving some sushi. Any recommendations/favorite spots this side of the bridge?
Hi, I will have the day in Port Orchard 20 September anyone know of any Open Mics or live music. Thanks
I don't get out much, but today the carnivorous craving is strong enough that I am debating venturing out to Brickhouse 714 on a Friday night in search of a good cheeseburger.
Good Redditors of Port Orchard, what is everyone's vote for the best burger in town? Bonus points for good fries.
Cooler temps that may or may not signal that something chiller this way comes. Grab your fur lined Crocs and get ready for second false fall 🍂🍁
Hello I’m from the south east where wing places are abundant. They seem to be lacking i out here. Where’s the best place to get wings out here?
I'm 22 and recently moved to the area. I’m on the hunt for some local gamers in the Port Orchard area who use Discord. Whether you’re into RPGs, shooters, or anything else, let’s connect and play some games together!
Drop a comment or DM me with your Discord handle and what games you’re into. Looking forward to meeting some new gaming friends!
Cheers!
I was wondering what people's experience with the 911 driving school here in Port Orchard is like? Like if you have to parallel park etc etc... As an autistic individual the stress of taking a drive test is really eating at me. Thank you
Anyone see or have any info on a boat explosion last night? Happened around 10pm.
Are there any running meet ups or other types of exercise sports groups set up in the Manchester/Port Orchard area?
If not, I'd love to get something set up for people to link up on Saturday mornings to go on a jog together!
My husband and I are wanting to put up one of those sun shade canopies in our yard. We want some extra shade and help cover our poor fried grass. I tried googling it, but haven’t been able to find anything.
Does anyone know if there is a height restriction/code we need to follow when putting it up? We’re not planning on putting it super high, we just don’t want to accidentally get into some trouble. We’re not in city lines if that makes a difference.
Is there any watering holes where a dog can swim off leash anywhere in Kitsap County? Parks don’t work because dogs are supposed to be on leash. Ideally some place away from the road.
Moved to Port Orchard recently and not sure what bodies of water are safe to swim in on this side. Where do people go to walk? I'd love to be outside more. Thanks!
Hi! I’m a jazz singer and was looking to maybe find some folks to jam with and possibly do some gigs around the county. If you are interested or know of anyone please DM me 😁
It’s my first time getting this done. It is a routine pumping an non urgent . Who should I call? Does any company offer neighborhood discount if more than one person gets their tank pumped?

Trying to get an idea of average utility bills in the Port Orchard/Manchester area. Looking to buy a home in the range of 2k sq ft. From what I read Astound is the go to internet choice. Curious what water, sewage, trash, energy bills and anything else that is common in the area typically runs? Any advice is appreciated!
Who do you recommend in the area to fill the giant gas tanks at home?
Newer to the area - how do y'all find garage and estate sales around here?
Works taking me to Washington and I'm pretty excited (Navy). I've been doing a ton of online searching but cannot seem to find an apartment complex that is catching my eye. Most places either have 0 reviews or pretty bad ones. Is there any apartments that you guys recommend? I feel like Port Orchard was the better option between Silverdale so now I'm looking for place here lol. Any tips would be awesome!
Hey everyone! I live in Port Orchard and I’m job hunting to get out of my current job.
My expectations are probably unrealistic but I’m trying here 😂
I’m looking for a job that can do $24+ full time. Office, warehouse, restaurant, any is fine. Nothing with heights though 😅
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thank you for your time!
