Pick one: Georgia, Ohio State, Tennessee, Notre Dame

One of these is Indiana’s likely playoff opponent. All 4 would be away.

I’m doubtful the committee schedules a rematch in Columbus in the first round. Scheduling Notre Dame would require Indiana to drop a spot in the rankings, but the committee would definitely do this if it was the only option to avoid the Ohio State rematch.

Georgia and Tennessee are the most likely. I’d take Tennessee personally. Every matchup would have Indiana at least a 10 point underdog anyway

Purdue had one more total yard of offense than we had points.

What is the tie breaker reason Penn State gets the nod over us?

Are we trying to beat 68-0?

Largest margin of victory ever for the oaken bucket game was 68-0 in 1892 (purdue win). We trying to break that tonight, coach?

I think we may take the Bucket this year 😥

It’s been far too long but as of now I think it’s possible we might bring home the Bucket this year. I hope all of you long suffering Hoosier Football fans have enjoyed this season and a great Thanksgiving weekend! Onward and upwards!!

Don’t let them hang around

I feel IU needs to put up some points today and make a bit of a statement with the other games going the way they did.

CFP folks would love a way to put Alabama, Ole Miss, AND South Carolina in if they could.

This game needs to be 31-0 or worse. Leave no doubt.

Play by play guy’s voice cracking big time.

Can one of you at the game give him some cough drops or something?

B1G 10 Championship Game

Could someone explain to me why IU has to have Penn State lose to be in the championship game? They will both be 8-1 in conference (if IU beats Purdue) and both of the teams loses will be to Ohio State.

Visiting for Purdue game (neutral fan); Am I missing anything?

Hello Hoosiers,

I hope y'all had a Happy Thanksgiving. I'm a Florida-based guy who travels all around the country to watch college football games and take in each school's unique way of experiencing the best sport on the planet. I'll be arriving in Bloomington later this afternoon to check out the game against Purdue, my first game at The Rock.

I typically compile a pretty in-depth list of things to do around town, places to eat & drink, and info about the gameday experience, but if there are any great food spots, cool dive bars or breweries, beloved campus-area institutions, campus highlights, or gameday traditions (the weirder the better) that you feel are can't-miss experiences, I would love to learn about them and make sure I don't overlook something important.

Also, if there's something uniquely Indiana (e.g., I've been made aware of pork tenderloin sandwiches) that I should check out, I'd love to hear those recommendations too. It doesn't have to be limited to food; cool or even dumb/goofy cheers, traditions, marching band performances, etc. that may fly under the radar are all of interest.

Essentially, my goal is to cram as much of the college/gameday experience into one weekend as I can, so whatever you think may help me accomplish that, feel free to douse me in nostalgia of the places & things you loved during your time on campus.

Anyway, sorry for the long post. I look forward to hearing any tips y'all may have!

Parking for Saturday Purdue game

Does anyone know if the parking lots will open up early to allow people to be a part of the crowd at the Big ten tailgate which will be broadcasting from IU this weekend. I'm seeing online that the show will start at 9:00 in the morning and run until noon and I'm thinking if they don't open the parking will we even have a much of a crowd there?

Was Bahamas two Quad 1 losses?

Yes, we lost. But come March, it seems good to be 0-2 in Q1 vs 2-0 vs Quad 4. No?

Bucket Game

Ok, these schedulings make me laugh. We play Ohio State its a day game, now we get to blow out Purdue in prime time. I'm not complaining, but I sure am amused.

Policy on heated jacket

Going to be going to the bucket game. My wife has a heated milwaukee jacket, but we can't seem to find anything concrete on whether that is allowed or not.

Woodson has gotta go

The man's only successful season was largely due to us having the mammoth TJD on our team as well as Jhood, sure he can recruit but he is a horrible coach. The man doesn't know how to adjust his game plan according to what's happening in-game, so we either do really well or get an ass beating. We need a new coach that can actually COACH, i'd take that any day over recruiting 5 stars that can't play together well because of mediocre coaching skills.

Eye opener

To start, what is happening here? I haven't seen an IU team out coached this bad since Saturdays CFB game. Wowza... These men look dead on their feet. Can't play defense at all, and the offense is atrocious.

Let's hope this game is a lesson and not a sign for the season.

FIRE WOODSON

He can recruit but can’t coach for shit. This is an embarrassment. Buy Chris Mack from Charleston for gods sake and make Indiana basketball great again
