Hey folks,
I'm in Halifax for a wedding on the weekend and was wondering where I should go to watch the COPA quarterfinals for Canada on Friday night. I am staying downtown near the harbour.
A researcher from Vancouver Island University (VIU) is currently interested in the effects of coaching on athlete's performance in sports. The researcher is looking for Canadian athletes aged 19 or older involved in a team or individual sports, who compete in competitions, have a coach, and are not out for injury. The survey will ask participants about their perceptions of their coaches and perceptions of themselves. The survey will examine the role of coaching in athletes' well-being and performance. The questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete using SurveyMonkey, accessible via the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/55WHXSN.
Aye, Sir Bobby. A gentleman footballer, a Busby Babe, who survived Munich, and lived his best life. A World Cup winner in 1966 with England. Ballon D'Or winner. One third of the Manchester United Holy Trinity of Best, Law & Charlton. Now reunited with his brother, Wor Jackie. He was the golden thread that connected from Sir Matt Busby to Sir Alex Ferguson, as the heartbeat and soul of United. Rest in peace, legend.

A bit random, but I’m coming to visit Halifax in a few days, and I’m a big Manchester United fan and was hoping to watch the games vs. Sevilla and Brighton at a pub/bar with other supporters. Is there any Man Utd supporters groups that watch somewhere? Or even anywhere that would get a decent turnout of soccer fans?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if there's a soccer pub/bar or club or something where people gather around to watch the match.
I'm a Real Madrid fan and it's been a crazy campaign for us. I don't want to watch the final alone in my house. I wanna live it with fellow Real Madrid and football fans.
So if anyone knows of any place where such events happen, please let me know!
If there aren't any such events happening already, we can just gather some fans and go watch the match at a pub/bar or setup a projector or something.
Have a great day everyone, Hala Madrid!
You're nearly too late if you havent landed a team yet. We have a competitive and reasonably fun team in the MSMSL with room for a couple more players and field time tonight. Reach out if you might be a fit!
