Hey everyone,
I'm planning to start a cycling brand and want to order some sample kits—about 5 bibs and 5 jerseys—to test and launch on my website before diving into the marketing side of things. My biggest concern is quality, especially when it comes to the chamois and the fabric.
I don't want to buy anything from AliExpress or low-quality suppliers. I've been browsing Alibaba and found one 5-star manufacturer that looks promising, but ideally, I'd love to find a European manufacturer who can handle both fabric and chamois production in-house. That would make things much easier for me.
Additionally, I need a manufacturer who can provide Illustrator or Photoshop templates so I can design the jerseys and bibs myself before placing an order.
Does anyone here know of a reliable EU-based manufacturer that could help with this? Any recommendations or experiences would be massively appreciated!
Thanks in advance! 🚴♂️
Everyone and their mother seems to be running sales now, between seasonal turnover and archive sales, but haven't heard anything about PNS sales seasonal or archive.
Anyone know if PNS will be going on sale anytime soon?
I purchased a men's Gore Lupra windbreaker and it's tagged as men's however the zipper is on the left side of the jacket which is typically for women's clothes. Is this how all Gore zippers are or did I receive the wrong product?
192cm tall, 95% of my body are my legs. Just got the Mechanism Bib in size M and I'm not sure about the leg length.
I'm aware that with my kilometric legs I'm always going to run on the short side but not sure if this can be considered too short.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
For a couple of years now I've had an inexpensive pullover that I got from JCPenney that has a rear zippered pocket. This pocket's great for storing my phone while I ride and I can't even feel that it's there but it's fairly easy to reach what I need it. I went to look for the same jacket in a size smaller since I've lost some weight now and they don't appear to sell it anymore and I can't really seem to find anything similar. Anybody know of anything like this? Basically looking for a quarter zip or half zip lightweight pullover preferably without a hood and that has this rear zippered pocket. Thanks!
Good morning, I'm about to buy a maap, pro 2.0 bib kit but I'm hesitant about the size! I'm 1m76 and 69kg, I wear S at PNS mechanism. I had already had the opportunity to test a maap team bib in S which I found a bit tight (but it was new, maybe it will loosen up later) Do you know how to size the pro 2.0 bibs? All advice is welcome!
Thank you so much!
Good day
I’m just getting my first cycling jerseys and from what I can tell after looking through the sub they are a good fit (they zip). My only complaint is that they dig into my armpits. Is this typical and just something I’ll get used to? I haven’t worn them on any rides yet to see how it feels then but was just curious if it’d be worth sizing up or if that would create other problems.

New italian brand. Looking at their cento and cima lines for a summer shoe. How"s the fit and quality? They seem to have a wider toe box and the outsoles are very similar to Fizik ones.
I’ve been using the Rapha Core bibs and found the chamois a bit too rigid, especially in the area that folds up towards the crotch, causing some discomfort in my testicle. I’ve used Castelli bibs before, which have a rounder, more relaxed chamois that didn’t cause any issues. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this and if the Pro bibs or other Rapha models offer a more flexible padding. Also, if you have recommendations for similarly priced bibs from brands like Le Col or Pedal Mafia that have a more relaxed chamois, I’d appreciate your input. Thanks!
I’ve been blessed/cursed with big calves and the Castelli & Specialized aero socks I’ve tried always roll down. Any brand suggestions? Will be focusing on some TTs this season so I’d like to find something faster for race days besides the Silca aerosocks.
Broke the visor of my Giro Switchblade with camera mount.
Actually, it’s the camera mount that’s broken.
Tried to find replacement online but failed.
Any idea where can I get one?
Only the visor with camera mount needed. All black, size M.
I don’t exactly live in a cold place, relatively speaking, so this doesn’t come up often - but are there bib tights out there that have less fabric (or less thick fabric) behind the knee?
Every time I wear my Rapha cold weather bib tights, I feel like I have a roll of coins or a pencil or something behind my knee when I pedal. I’m having to constantly pull it down around my sock to straighten it out.
For reference, the new lightweight bib tights Rapha has does not really do this, but the whole garment is also not exactly meant for really cold weather.
Curious if others have had a similar experience.
Edit: the size on them should be fine. I’ve purchased tons of Rapha gear in this size and getting in and out of them is already a squeeze. It’s fine at first, but after some riding, just the section below my knee starts to bunch and it becomes an issue. No way I could fit into something smaller!
Hi everyone,
Does anyone have recommendations for jerseys from smaller or lesser known companies? I have a few from Twin Six, so I’m thinking something like that. Any price point, but something more than plain solid designs.
Thanks!
Hi all, I’m tall with a small waist. My current go to long sleeve jersey is a size m Rapha. It troubles me a bit that it is clearly to short. Can you recommend any brands or product lines which are really long and narrow? Many thanks :)
I’m hoping to buy a sweet protection helmet (falconer aero) and would really like to try it on first to make sure I get the right size.
Have not been able to find info on any local shops carrying them - are they exclusively sold online?
Appreciate any tips on local stores in LA/SD that sell these helmets!
Most, if not all, of Velocio has a 30% off promo that stacks on other sales. Go get some bibs.

Hi everyone,
I’m starting with cycling and need advice on what to wear for the current winter season. Where I live, temperatures range from 10°C to -5°C.
Here are my measurements:
I’ve never tried cycling gear before but would like to order online. I’ve noticed there are good winter sales, with discounts over 50% from Ekoi, Le Col, and Castelli.
Regarding this jacket, since I have long arms, I saw they offer a specific long-sleeve model:
Castelli Perfetto RoS Long Sleeve Jacket
Do you think this model will fit me well, or should I consider another jacket?
If it’s relevant, I’m planning to ride routes of 50 km or more per day.
My budget is around €1000, and I also need a helmet, glasses, pants, jacket, and jersey. What else would you recommend I buy?
Thanks in advance!
My partner mentioned that you can buy shirts that are designed to be worn on a bike or while exercising (eg I think they wick sweat away) but that look more like a nice, normal shirt. This wouldn’t be for a serious road ride but eg a cross country couple of hours ride with our little boy in the bike trailer. Eg on our last ride he wore his maap bib shorts and a patterned short sleeved cotton shirt on top, unbuttoned. I’m looking for a birthday gift for him and wondering if anyone knows of such a thing and if so where I might find it 🙏🏽
