What is a shipwreck? Shipwreck refers to a sunken or beached ship that was wrecked and/or sunk under the waves, on land, or on rocky shoals and has been abandoned since. Sometimes ships are reclaimed, but most of the time they're not so they slowly rot away.

We also are advocates for saving abandoned vessels hete and on /r/AbandonedBoats.

Below, we have posted links where you can buy an abandoned vessel or get for free.

The fact is most abandoned ships just need TLC if they're above the waterline or if they haven't been in the ocean for very long.

If you want to adopt a ship that's abandoned, try and find the owner first to get started to see if they'll let you have it. If no owner is found, try next of kin if you can have it. Otherwise try the govt and ask if they'll let you have it.

Hello folk!! It is I the new mod. I will attempt to be a fair and benevolent ruler and also reinvigorate the sub as I think it is a cool sub. Anyways feel free to comment with some ideas on how the sub should run or what would lead to a more active community. Requiem signing off.
