good emo/skram music from the early 90's to the present!
Screamo/skramz is an aggressive offshoot of Emo characterized by yelled or screamed vocals and dissonant, twinkly guitar work. Screamo bands usually shy away from conventional song structures often play around with loud/soft dynamics. Because screamo is often used as a catch all term for all genres with unclean vocals, many screamo fans refer to true screamo Skramz.

ISO drummer for NC screamo band

Been trying to learn this song by ear and by watching their live videos, and I just can't wrap my head around it. There's a tab in songster but it's in standard tuning, pretty sure the song is in facgce (not sure). Anybody got the tab for this one?

love these bands and haven't found much about them online. found a few things stating the band members and some basic info but that's about it. if there's ANYTHING link it please. i've watched so many live sets on youtube and i always see photographers so if anyone knows of any digital uploads of those that would be sick. also if anyone has anything from these bands id love to see. thanks!

Anybody know how to join or start a band?
I have decent vocals and lyrics and I really want to join a band but don’t know how. My initial thought is to record some music using instrumentals from beatstar, buy the beats, officially release a ep (so people would know what I sound like) then go to social media to find a band to join. Would this work, or is there a better way?

Hey all, My band Crowning finally got our split with Oaktails from Japan onto all the services you probably use to listen to music. I’m really proud of our new stuff that’s a bit of a change from our usual style, and absolutely blown away by Oaktails side, so it would mean a lot to us if you gave it a shot. I think we’re gonna do tapes and cds through ZBR soon too.

You know how some screamo bands (saetia, off minor, suis la lune etc.) have beautiful clean sections in their songs. What's your favourite? Mine is Staring Down the Barrel of Limited Options, the intro.
