What should I feed a rescue Rotty with toxic booty toots?

Hi Rotty Redit!

TLDR- What should I feed a 6yo Rottweiler, Abby, with tummy issues? Her tummy grumbles a lot even after she's eaten, her poo is loose and smelly, her toots are like a sour diarrhea and can clear a room. She has thrown up a few times and she didnt eat breakfast twice this week. I think it's the food but I asked the Vet and they said it was fine and keep an eye on her.

-Abby has food aggression and bullies my Puppy out of his bowl unless I stand there to mediate. -Abby weights about 130# -I feed her Hills Science Diet large breed, 1-6 yr because Puppy eats it too, 2x a day -I give her a Greenies teeth treat everyday -I will share a little human food if I don't finish my dinner but it's not a full serving for either dog. -She has two water bowls available, I wash them as needed and at least every month -She eats grass all the time in the backyard. I don't think it's to get sick but maybe because her tummy isn't feeling good -She chews all the toys to peices but I pick up the material so I don't think she digests it...?

Puppy does not have the same tummy issues even though he gets/does the same everything. He toots but it doesn't smell even a 10th as bad (he does have a tail to sweep the smell away though). His poos are formed and easier to clean up I can't even think of a time he threw up except when he ate chocolate and I had to make him

I have looked on Google, dog nutrition sites, the AKA site, YouTube, Tiktok, and I am just so confused and overwhelmed I dont know what to do. If anyone has a better food option I really need help. Thank you in advance ☺️

More info- I rescued my nibbles and their full breed Rotty from my sisters baby daddy. Abby is a 6yo full Rottweiler, had one litter and was fixed, her tail was docked pretty short, and she will not allow me to do any care tasks like ears and nails. I had her sedated, calm protocal?, for the vet because she is just so scared. She is a really sweet dog but she seems to have a lot of trauma. I make sure I don't go near her with the broom or rake anymore when cleaning up because she cowers. I have a dog and cat as well. Pupparoni is a 3yo WhackaDoodle (GS/Lab I think), he was about 8 months old when I took Abby in and they just adore each other. Cat is totally irrelevant, shes a salty old B and hates everyone lol. I've had BebeMeowMeow 14 years and she's my baby but she doesn't go near the dogs.

My girl is the one on the right with her Best friend. She would have been 10 this year.

Laser syndrome (or whatever it's called)

Don't do it. I played with one of ours for a few minutes SEVERAL months ago. My flashlight has the laser onboard, and I cannot pull it out it out of my pocket to this day (8+months) without him freaking out.

I never use the laser anymore. But I do use the light, but the "click" it makes coming out of my pocket gets his attention from across the house.

Not worth the giggle.

AKC registered 16 month old NOT FAMILY PET

I bought two brothers last year, beautiful boys. The bigger one of the two has to go asap, preferably to someone who works with protection dogs. I’ve owned rotties or rotty mixes 20+ years, and never had an incident until today. He’s beautiful but cannot be around my kids. I don’t want to put him down but I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if he did to my wife or kids what he did to me. I know I’ll get lectured, but this guy came up to me, was burying his head in my chest and just being loving when the incident happened. No pulling away, no growling, no warning. I’m open to any ideas bc he is a beautiful dog, prototypical rottie, but I just got 25 stitches in my face. I never rough house with him and I don’t hit him. We use shock collars and only really use vibrate to get their attention. I’m at a loss, I just don’t know what happened. No matter, looking for guidance, not looking for a lecture about being a responsible dog owner as I have been for 20+ years and I have never given up a dog before, but I can’t risk my kids or wife. If I can’t find something viable he will probably get the old yeller in a few days. Sucks, breaks my heart.

Hey Guys, I'm going to get a Rott puppy soon and if y'all can give me advice on all the basic things required(like which food, toys, tail stock, how and from when to begin training, etc) I'll be happy.🙂

Missed me

My girl is very clingy after I have been gone for a bit. I just got back from spending 2 weeks with my mom- who is dealing with some serious medical issues. According to my hubby, while I am gone, she goes to all of the places where she knows I will usually be. Every day, day after day. She was beside herself when I got home today.
