Very Low FPS

I'm getting only about 40 fps on fastest setting. My gpu is a 4090. I'm in 4K with texture compression turned off. It's bugging me, because on much more graphic-intensive games , like Satisfactory, I can maintain about 100 fps at 80% gpu load.

Also, how to I prevent the game window from minimizing upon a change of focus?

(Very modded) Enemies having strange/ineffective weapons off map.

So, I've got many, many mods, and a lot of them add new and interesting weapons for various stages of progress. E.g. Combat Extended adds flintlock weapons which don't require components, and it makes for a good stopgap measure when trying to tech up from nothing.

The problem is that later in the game, when raiding enemy bases or when there's caravans or such, enemies seem to have utterly strange loadouts. Some will be entirely naked, some will have flintlocks or just pistols, and some will have charge weapons. Ideally they'd all be decently equipped and enough to provide a challenge. Is there any sort of mod that changes the way enemy factions spawn with gear to bring them up to a certain standard?

Ways to reduce lag when fleshheart spawns

So, every time I get fleshheart anomaly event with a late-game colony my TPS takes an enormous hit for obvious reasons. And even after defeating it, it takes forever for all flesh lumps to naturally die... Is there any mod that allows to optimize this?

Mod that gives complete control over a pawn? [Repost, since the other post's been archived]

I'd love to have a playthrough controlling just one colonist, while everybody else is managed by AutoPriorities mod.

By complete control I mean just that - where to go, which recreation to pursue, what to say to other colonists and so on.

Boomalope farm help

Hey yall I posted the other day about being semi newish to rim world and I learn like yesterday I could farm boomlopes for chemfuel and I would really like to try that (plus the added chaos from having boomalopes sound fun lol) so ummm what biomes would be the best for me to start in to find some I really like biomes with small hills to build around and I would prefer to have a year round crop cycle. Also any tips for raising and safety while raising boomalopes is appreciated.

My favorite couple divorced each other

My favorite couple in my game world has broken up (well, they're taking a bit of a break), and I'm really sad about it. That arrogant woman gets uncomfortable even when they're in the same room, even though their character traits in the biography are so compatible. How can I bring them back together? I really need some ideas because I don’t want them to be separated... 😭😭😭😭

Interesting Mod Interaction: Homebound and Save Our Ship 2

Long story short, to save space on my ship, I stored 80% of my colony as statues using the Homebound mod. Unlike cryptosleep caskets, they disappear from the colonist bar so my screen looks neater. But when I used the Load Ship start to travel to a new world, when releasing the pawns they become independent, gain a new faction, and change to a different ideology. Everything else is stored, including their relationships and family status.

This is easily fixed in dev mode by forcibly recruiting and setting the ideology of the pawns, which I personally am more than happy to do. I don't know if it's a bug, or a feature to stop you from bringing a large colony with you, but it's just something I've never experienced before.

vanilla vehicles expanded, driving boat into encounter crashes the game

as anyone else expierenced this? i have a boat and there is a hostile mining encapment on a river, so i want to try to drive the boat onto the map tile and fight them from that instead of risking my animals. however, when i drive the boat onto the tile with the encounter, the game crashes. in the bottom left of the screen it says "stopped because:everyone is downed." i cant generate a linkable error log because the game has crashed, so i will provide a pastebin link to the last player log https://pastebin.com/V08BGy0X
