Tag explanation:
The first tag tells something about the characteristics of the map, such as 'easy to defend' or 'loads of caves' using [Defend], [Cave], or anything you may wish to add.
Tags such as [YRG] and [1S-11F] refer to the growing period; Year Round Growing and 1st of spring to 11th of fall respectively.
[FLAT], [HILL] or [MNT] to give an idea of the terrain.
The numbers in brackets refer to the globe coverage and map size.
Globe coverage can be 5% (dev mode only), 30%, 50%, or 100%. If you've changed it from the default, please add 'Overall Rainfall' and 'Overall Temperature'. Both run from 1 to 7, with 4 being the default.
Map sizes can be [200]x200, [225]x225, [250]x250, [275]x275, [300]², [325]², [350]² or [400]².
The seed name can be any string of characters, but they're usually words. The last part of a submission are latitude and longitude numbers, following the standard 86.93E, 58.67N denomination.

Xbox seeds?
I have the DLCs that are available for us (unfortunately no anomaly yet) I’m looking for either highly defensible mountain pocket Ike 75% mountain with one way in and one way out, or an island where you are completely surrounded by ocean. Not just one side of the map having a coastline lol. Preferred biome is temperate or desert.
Anyone know of anything that fits? I can never find anything that good

Seed 0 project - Temperate forest - Mountains - Good defencible position
Hello guys! I decided to start a survey of seed '0' planet. I will post my findings.
Unless stated otherwise, all maps will have default settings (default sliders, 30% world generation, 250x250 maps)
Seed: 0 Coordinates: 17.45N 14.46W
First map I found is a temperate forest map, with good defencible position in mountains. Inner chamber (almost circular, approximately 60 tiles in diameter) has only 1 tile wide path to the outher chamber and is perfect for the very early game.
Outer chamber is much bigger, it has two geothermal wells and lots of fertile soil. It has some ruins, and there is an ancient danger in the south-western corner of the chamber.
Anima tree is bad, only 35 tiles from the left side of the map.
Don't mine the northern face of the inner chamber, the wall is thin and there's an exit from the map behind it!
There is another ancient danger, hidden deep in the mountain.

temp forest/year round growing fully enclosed
Vanilla 1.5/ NO MODS // map- red // 15.77 x 26.09 Year round grow period. 2 geysers.. HUGE fertile soil. fully enclosed only access is a river.. I prefer to play it on 275x275 setting but it opens a tiny section to the north in the mountain that needs to be walled off... imo it is still much better than the default size map. only downside is that the rock type is sandstone and slate.. but plenty of nearby great steel veins as well as plenty of nearby things to deconstruct. im also not familiar w setting up defenses on a river entry so any tips appreciated thx!!

Looking for a seed, best wildlife, greenery to farm, marbles and iron for growth
I am only seeing Squirrels, Rabbits, Rats and then bigger Carnivores. No greenery at all. And when I select Marble and X tile, it's always X in high content and Marble is somewhere far from the centre of the map.

Request for Boreal Forest with long growing season.
I want to try a playthrough with this biome, but would like something with more moderate temperatures. Small hills or flat terrain. Something on or near a road would be ideal, but not required. Vanilla and no DLC.

Huge Area Revealed

After 5,500 hours, I might have found my favorite Map.
Too much to type in the title. I'll give a brief breakdown first.
all DLC except Anomaly
1 small entrance
6 Geysers
Multipe Grow Zones
275x275
No Mods
50/60 grow period
Coastal
on a road between 2 allies
Granite/Sandstone
Exposed Uranium
First picture is the entrance, next 3 in order go south to north. Nothing on the right side but Mountains. Simple to Bottleneck the entrance all to hell, and basically play easy mode. Dunno what else I could ask for from a map. Maybe Year Round? I still can't believe this map exists.

On a note, mods I use that might affect the seed: Map Preview & Geological Formations (idek if geological formations did anything, I installed it but never looked for / adjusted the settings in it so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ), the map size changed how much of the map was hidden and I'm using 325x325, I don't know if the smaller ones will have this area reveal (there are multiple on this map)
