Call for help to fellow travellers

I just want to start this by saying this game is one of my all-time favorites. I have played it for a long time, and will continue to play it no matter what.

The thing i want to talk about has been fussed about already over the years, but i am not here to complain.
I am here to suggest a simple featureĀ that i think will make the game even more enjoyable then it already is for some people.

I'd like a setting that allows me to change who I can take materials from, like supply depots and harvesting plants.(Everyone/Friends/Groups/Nobody). And also the ability to lock it forever(just like the gamemode)

The fact that there are billion unit deposits that are constantly only 16 glyphs away, can break the immersion of the game for some people.(not everybody i know).(and others migh not even like the grind, i know). And i have heard some people say that you just need a little bit of self-control for this to not be the case. But that is not what it's about, i would never loot a random huge mineral supply to get billions. Its more this 'Call of the void' type feeling that makes working for things in NMS less fun.

Even if you don't think you will use this feature, this can make it so people finally stop talking about it once and for all in this sub.

For those who are interested:
hellogames.zendesk.comĀ is where you can make a suggestion andĀ hello@hellogames.co.ukĀ is the general email where we can get in touch.
You don't need to send a 2 page email, just a simple mention of the 'Material Acces Control Feature' or a link to this page would help a lot.

Many thanks in advance and good luck on your further travels (:

This has most definitely been said before...

... but this game is made for stoners!

Here's a list of obvious reasons I've compiled so far:-

  1. Open sandbox that is filled with many, many fascinating distractions around every system.

  2. Vibrant, smooth & stings of psychedelic euphoria in its soundtrack that is a joy to experience.

  3. Last but not least, the ability to do most activities in the game one handed, leaving the other to toke away at your leisure.

Anyone else offer any other reasons that I've missed feel free to add more, in the meantime, enjoy your journeys Travellers!

Found this anomaly yesterday, and was upset I canā€™t interact with it and with many others I hope they will add more interactions with space encounters. Any suggestions which interactions they should add?

I will send hello games an email with all your suggestions! Hope they will read itā€¦

Wheeee! Flying high in Budullangr

The combination of Dissonance and enhanced Anti-Gravity storms on an activated indium planet lets you jump into low orbit. Quite a fun experience.
