I had work done on 9 units the repair service used the PSU and I was assuming they only needed the actual PSU and were not going to butcher it for extra parts 🤦🏻♂️. I am waiting for a response to see if they just forgot to include when shipping back. Either way very frustrating
So I'm interested I'm getting started. Right now the price of a Kw/h where I live is something north of 10 dollars. Has any had a viable solution to reducing either the power consumed or to generate it? Ive been looking and it just seems like the best one can do is get a home miner that draws 600w and use something like a solar battery backup method? Just curious. New to mining in general - HiveOS looked like the way to go, and I have a trezor coming to store it. But I'm open to pools, and ideas. Thanks
So I actually have an L3+ that I originally started mining with but it's been dead for a couple years now and I just have it sitting around the house, is there anything I can do with it at all?
Or should I just go to an E-Waste recycler, should I keep the shell?
As the title says, I'm looking into getting back into mining. Im in talks currently with someone locally selling 2 used L7s for $2950 CAD each. Assuming I can go inspect them and make sure theyre hashing properly, would this be a good price point to buy these miners at?
I'd host them myself but Canada has a lack 220v plugs so I was planning on hosting them through d-central($75/M all included) or something similar depending on what is cheapest/best.
I have an idle ASIC id like to mine ltc. Are there mining pools to join with out there?
I'm running innosilicon A4+ on bitmain psu (1600w), when booting and managing the settings and system, it shows one dead hashboard with 0 hashes and the 7th alive but also 0 hashes. What could the problem to this situation? Only 2 boards are working.

Firstly, DYOR. I am just a normie peasant. I have been mining LTC/Doge for a couple years and recently been amazed at the new scrypt miners, and came across the new volcminer D1 and wanted to order one for myself. I immediately was sketched out after finding two different websites for volcminer. There is volcminer.com and volcminer.org, so obviously one of them has to be fake. Again, DYOR, but according to my research volcminer.org is the scam wesbite. Both websites show their newest youtube video, and when you go to the youtube channel behind the video, it will link to a verified Volcminer X (twitter) page that lists volcminer.com as the legit site. This is why I say the likely scam website is volcminer.org. PLEASE BE AWARE, DON'T GET SCAMMED. Do Your Own Research. Happy mining. I bought through a reseller called penguin-global with a credit card for fraud protection, can't confirm if PG are legit yet as my order comes in January. Will do my best to keep you all updated.
I put out an order, but having trouble figuring out how to make payment. And while trying to figure this out, it seems like alot of people have horror stories dealing with them, which is making me second guess.
Anyone here have experience dealing with them?
any experiences here? they allow to pay via CC with stripe payment processor.
I want to get into mining, and I was about to buy an L9 but the prices are so high. I’m wondering if I should just invest the 9k directly into crypto and buy during the bear cycle when prices go down for miners. I’m curious for those experienced. I’m expecting prices for miners to rise significantly, till next year, but when the market crashes and we enter bear cycle, what can we expect the prices of some of the best miners like the L9 to be? How significant is the price drop on miners in a bear cycle?

Who is all your Litecoin reserves going to and why?
I'm currently using hive OS but I've heard that it can sometimes damage the hashboards or kill them outright.
Should I go back to BlissZ or is there a better alternative to both?
I got overall cheap electricity costs and would run a miner. Nothing too expensive.
It looks like with historical price the ROI is usually around 700-1000 days for the low to mid miners (1-5k€)
I assume its not worth it?
Asic pricing is in full bull run mode now. My cost on L9's increased $2,000 overnight. If you're buying I suggest you verify price with your vendor prior to sending payment. Last bull run I saw prices change multiple times in one day.
Do you guys think the L9 is worth it to buy now that it is 50$ profit / day. I’m new to mining, so i’m wondering is the most profitable option mining dogecoin and litecoin together or also digibyte.
