Hey there, my fe350 (2023) will work fine for 7-10minutes and then the clutch starts to lose resistance and eventually it pulls all the way to the bar without disengaging. Takes a little while for it to seemingly cool down then I can use it again like normal. ALSO, maybe separate, but when it’s not doing the previously mentioned issue, it seems to grab too much even with the clutch lever fully pulled. In other words it’s a bit hard to start if it’s in gear with the clutch pulled and sometimes it’ll stall if I’m stopped, in gear, with the clutch pulled. That’s been an issue (that I thought may not be a problem) for much longer than the useless clutch lever issue. There’s also a check engine light on some of the time (it goes away when I pull the clutch lever while I’m riding). Any helps or tips would be so greatly appreciated as all the motorcycle shops in my area don’t want to look at my bike for some reason.
Clutch lever fell off on the trail and I lost the little black pin. It’s about 3cm or 1inch, plastic, and without it the ecu thinks the clutch is wide open and makes the quick shifter inoperable.
If I order the part, where in the heck does it go? I can’t figure out where or how it activates the switch. Is it like installing the pill, will I have to pull back on the lever to find its sitting place?
I just got a 2024 FE501. Did my first oil change, and bought the kit from the dealership that has 1.2l of oil.
I followed the oil change in the manual to a T, took out all the plugs, drained all the old oil out, and then ran for a few minutes and checked the level. It looked good, just over the center of the bubble.
Now today (a week later) I went out for a quick 15 minute ride and then came back. Checked the level and the bubble is completely full like it’s overfilled.
Any reason for this? I don’t see how I could overfill it with the kit that has the exact ambit it’s supposed to have.
Thank you
I finally went for it, I live in Chile and this bike was listed 2 and a half years ago but at that moment I had lost my NineT so I had no bike and the 701 imo wasnt a bike to be daily so I went for a F800R, then a Speed Triple and today finally I bought the only 701 for sale (used) on my whole country. ( helps that the owner didnt offer it anymore after the ad expired and had really gotten off the bike.
It should arrive between tomorrow and friday and the anxiety is heavily kicking in.
Anyone have any experience on the pro series 525ib mk2 battery blower versus the 350ib??

What does this mean for us?
My bike was stolen and recovered, but some tweaker had attempted to CUT the Akrapovic slip on off at the link pipe/reducer, completely destroyed the clamp & mangled the part circled in this photo.
I cannot find any outlet in the United States that is helpful with sourcing replacement parts.
Anyone have any idea who to contact? Akra doesn't even allow contact when selecting Husqvarna as the application.
Realistically I could make the link pipe still work but I need a new clamp and would prefer OEM Akrapovic... I'm having a very difficult time determining how they size their clamps. I can find part numbers but nothing ever has a description of their size range. The OE clamp size range is 55-60mm.
Finally, a new and updated release.
Hello all
I have a 2021 Svartpilen 125. The tail light doesn't work, but my brake light does. I can't find much online in terms of instructions for removing and replacing it, so here I am.
Can anyone offer any advice on how I go about this? I'd much prefer to purchase the part and replace myself than have to pay for the part and labour.
This is the part: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256685571401?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=xVFCnZGYTDu&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Thanks!
Sup! I've never owned a bike, have only driven my friends' bikes occasionally. have a lot of rash experience on scooty. Recently moved to Bengaluru and decided to get a bike. My friend recently got the hunter 350, and loved it. So started with TVS Ronin (liked the design better). Then went through speed 400 (test rode), speed t4, scrambler 400x, guerrilla 450, svart 401, considered all of them seriously. Also checked 440x and maverick, but rejected them outright.
Finally it boiled down to guerrilla vs Svart for me. And yesterday, after test riding both of them again, I've drcided on the svart. I am 25 y/o, 5 feet 8 inches and 65 kilos. will be commuting to work 5 days a week and short fun trips on weekends. Might occassionly ride to Goa.
Now, my two questions to the sub:
Cheers!
I put a supermoto conversion kit and my check engine light stays on code says check engine the mechanics at the Husqvarna dealership have no idea what to do. Any advice?
Has anyone found some good levers from brake(front) and clutch? Mine is equipped with some chinese ones from previous owner and they are clumsy and loose af. Searching for some solid options, maybe shortened lever ones.
Appreciate any recommendations.
Hi, I am from India and I am thinking of buying my first motorcycle. And I fell love with how unique and gorgeous Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 looks. Everything is jst absolutely awesome starting from engine power, comfort, looks etc. The only point where I am in doubt is the reliability of the motorcycle down the years and the servicing in India. Pirer Mobility isn't doing great now and their revenues have dropped drastically. So will this affect the servicing of the machine down the years? My main purpose will be weekday commutes, Short trips on weekends and maybe couple of long bike trips a year.
Existing Husqvarna owners please share your experience with servicing as I would love to keep using this motorcycle for more than 6-7 years as "do it all" motorcycle.
I was wondering if anyone would happen to know the size of the nut that goes on the crankshaft. The rope snapped so i used a drill to start the blower but I didn't take the drill off fast enough, Im sure you know what happens next.... I run a machine shop/ have plenty of routes to buy another one wholesale but i cant seem to identify a size.
The part# is 513 24 19-01
Any help is appreciated! Thank you
(and yes i could get a pair of calipers in there and take an educated guess on the thread pitch but i forgot to bring the blower with me to work and i was hoping to get a nut by the weekend.)
I’m at 3yrs & 12,000mi service interval for 2021 701 Supermoto.
I asked dealership if there are any caveats and they mentioned bleeding the radiator line…what are they talking about? Manual doesn’t mention anything about bleeding for a coolant flush.
Also are you all just draining and filling or do you flush the radiator at all?
I did the 6k service myself except for the valves, and I’m going to let them do a full inspection this round. Any advice?
Hi everyone im trying to track down a set of plastics for my 2013 tc250
here in australia i cant find any to suit a tc250 but i can find 2010 TE250 plastics. will the 2010 TE plastics fit on a 2013 tc250? i know the front shroud will have the head light hole but i'll just reuse my tc current TC one
thanks
What is Husqvarna’s identity now that it is owned by KTM, its bikes are assembled in Austria, and many of their components are made in India? It seems to have lost a connection to its Swedish heritage in many ways. What makes a Husqvarna a Husqvarna?
For me it’s pretty much just the styling, which I love.
Just got it installed, powered on to test wiring. Set map to 5 from 10 that was factory set.. wish me luck on the test run! 💪😁
Hello r/Husqvarna, I have an offer for a 2016 701 with 10k km. I also have one for a 690ktm but it has a few more thousand KM so Im pretty settling for the 701.. is there a Husq Quickshifter for this years model?
And how does the 2016 model compare to the newer ones? Should I just pay the difference for a newer model? Thanks
Hey all! Just picked up a 2021 Fe501s. Been loving this bike a ton.
I’ve been doing research, and stumbled along the reed/ecu discussion.
I checked my bike, and noticed there is no reed installed. I don’t believe this bike has an aftermarket ecu and seems to be stock including exhaust.
Question:
I’d really appreciate any useful info on this topic. Thanks!
