Hi lovely people of All Hallows' Eve. As tilte says, I want to do a mid-hear Halloween binge marathon with lesser known Halloween movies. I want to keep the best ones for the actual october month (Halloween series, Trick R treat, animated movies like ParaNorman or Coraline etc).
Which movies should I put on my list ? I feel like I've seen everything Halloween related after celebrating All Hallows' Eve for three months starting August since 2016 lol
Because it makes it so special. But tomorrow you guys said it’s halfway Halloween so I’ll be participating. I’m gonna break out the Halloween playlist on my run.
Just seeing what people are planning for halfway to Halloween?
Spooky Swap Meet happened this last weekend in Los Angeles. The annual event features trick or treating among the historic Victorian mansions of the heritage square museum, plus vendors and other spooky treats. Here's a video we made from the event!
I remember being little (like 6/7) and asking a gothic girl why she was buying Halloween decor in August. She told me “it’s always Halloween at my house!” And since that day, something just sparked. I don’t think that lady knows how much she influenced my style, and house decor!
Is it the tricks? Is it the treats? Is it spoops? Is it campy fun? Blood-curdling terror? The devil's birthday? An excuse to dress up? An excuse to dress down? All about the candy? A witch's party?
Everyone knows it's the best holiday out there, but why is it the best to you?
We’d like to do a freaky carnival this year, but don’t have a big budget. Does anyone have ideas how we could build what looks like a scary carnival in our front yard? We can’t afford to buy big items from places like Spirit. Yard is medium-sized. Appreciate the help!
I’ve got a black trenchcoat that’s in like-new condition but I’d like to make it look aged, weathered and stiff like this one. What can I do to it/what products can I use to get it looking like it’s been out in a field for decades? This will be an outdoor prop so it also needs to hold up to inclement weather. Finally making my creepy scarecrow scene a reality this year and I want it to be perfect!
i want to have a summerween party this year with my friends! has anyone else done this and if so, what did you do for it? i want to have the perfect combination of summer and halloween activities.
Photos are from last year. I have limited space to work with, but would love to hear recommendations and suggestions! I like to prepare ahead of time when things are cheap/on sale.
On Halloween last year I heard people in South Park costumes "they killed Kenny! You b@$+erds!" And there mom was like "that's not a nice thing to say with kids around" I was laughing so hard
From my WEEN
I was trying to find a horror/halloween vintage style poster with alien invasion or some shit but couldn’t find one ended up with this 😹
I used colored water for the blood!
Hey folks! I started my Halloween (movie) marathon tonight, I'm going to watch one Michael Myers movie a day on our way to halfway to Halloween, which I observe on April 30th.
I've been enjoying "Spooky Spring" all April long and indulging in Halloween candles and scary movies since this is the halfway to October month.
Has anyone else been doing anything similar?
