A branch off of /r/gamedev for game developers to post screenshots of work-in-progress, concept art, and more.

Please only post development screenshots or sketches of your own game. It doesn't have to be pretty, but the idea is to show the world what you've been making.

Examples of type of content:

  • Debug views (such as: http://debugviewart.tumblr.com/)
  • Unfinished models, renders, animations
  • What your multi-monitor screen looks during development
  • Sketches that then lead to implementation
  • Actual in-game screens of your game

Feel free to include the title of your game (if it has one) and a link in the comments for people to find it (if available).

I couldn't decide on only 1 color palette, so I'm figuring out which ones to make unlockable.

Composed a Fire Emblem style battle track for a client! Here it is set up in FMOD adaptively alternating between a more passive variant (for top down camera map view), and a more intense battle variant (for close up battle). Intensity change is triggered by the "Battle Intensity" parameter.

In order to save your progress in our trench survival horror game, you need to locate pigeon coops around the level. Each time you save, you lose one pigeon.

As a solo dev, it feels surreal to see my game coming together. I’m thrilled to share the very first trailer for Spring Tales! This cozy puzzle game is all about hope, healing, and the joy of rebuilding, wrapped in a heartfelt story. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Hey everyone! It's been a moment that we're working on the game now and we were wondering ... Would you like to create your own ghost in "Lost Lullabies - The Orphanage Chronicles" ? One proposal will be selected and the ghost will be added to the final version! You're in ?

Planet 4

I don't have much information to disclose, I'm working on a linear ADVENTURE and MYSTERY game with a SPACE theme.🌌🛰️ I would love to ask astronomy and gaming lovers if they prefer a more realistic or a more creative setting? (Realist only explores the real possibilities of having life on that planet) (Creative explores the imaginary possibility of life and more diverse planets)

We wanted to share a screenshot from our game Anomaly President, featuring the main character holding a rally for voters. In these parts of the game, you'll try to influence the public through engaging minigames :)

Too many particles aaaah!

I'm just beginning to add particles in my gardening game and the first attempt is just way too much ;) (Autumn effect on my brain probably ;) )

Where do you guys buy/get your sound effects from?

i have no problem spending money, but i want to bet on the right side or asset pack. Where do you get your sounds from? A large selection of small sounds is important to me (steps, steps on different floors etc.)
