Are the forzathon items forever locked now that the servers shut down? I want to get some things like a watch and sunglasses but it says the only way to get them is by forzathon, but that's closed because of the server shutdown.
Hello!
It's been a while since a nostalgia post; plus, this may be good for those who want it.
A long while ago, I found a little custom route at Test Track Airfield (NB, it needs to be on open space mode, and have no Drivatars also competing with you), and the track goes thus:
Find the 747 parked up by the terminal. The part where concrete changes to tarmac is your start line. Accelerate round the bend and turn right, going round the outside of the control tower. Then, go though one of the gates as you blast round the outside near the car park and follow the bend of the terminal. After that, there's a sharp left-right-left as you stomp on the brakes to avoid going into the car park and follow the perimeter round, then there's a final left hand turn as you accelerate onto the finish line.
!Or you could just use the Dunsfold full layout. It's much easier.!<

I recently purchased FH4 on the Microsoft Store to play on PC. after previously playing it through Game Pass. I tried resetting my save by deleting the content of Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame and through resetting the FH4 app.
The reset initially works fine and I can complete the first race. However, the game crashes as soon as I start driving my first car. This happens with both save reset approaches above and when my internet is connected and not connected.
The strange thing is the game seems to work fine with my existing save. I therefore don't think the issues are related to updates/drivers and might instead be related to the new game save and maybe some file conflict. Unfortunately reinstalling and repairing the game didn't resolve the issues, and nor did playing the game through a Windows admin account.
As mentioned above, I purchased it through the Microsoft Store not on Steam.
I also managed to find these exceptions through Event Viewer: * Exception code: 0xc0000096 * Fault offset: 0x0000000000d0cf01
Does anyone have advice on this issue? I can't find any other possible solutions after looking online.
Thanks for any help!
It’s always nice when they show some racing competence
hi everyone, i have just bought a fanatec handbrake and it has been calibrated correctly and works on EA WRC, but ehen i go to bind it in controls it is not recognised and does not bind. any idea how to fix?
I wanna buy FH but I cannot decide which one. I read some old posts where some people said that FH4 is better than 5 but those posts were a few years old. So I'm asking again in case the answers changed.
Disability stops me from actually racing but siming the races and using the winnings to upgrade the car seems fun
It's 2024 and Forza Motorsport has had Nordschleife for months, yet it never comes to multiplayer. This is one of the most popular race tracks in the world.
Nordschleife should be a recurring track on the M spec multi class races, to mimick tourist days on the Nürnburgring.
Has the developer ever spoken about this or recognized the popular demand?
Seems the cars I choose are never fast enough. Even when upgraded to E300 I can never seem to keep up with some. For example; I see the Porsche 550 Spyder is often near the front and it just flys by on straights.
What's the best cars and what kind of upgrades do you fit?

I recently bought an Xbox after being on PC for a good few years, and I'm curious what Forza people still play. I've heard the newest game is a mess, and that people don't play it nearly as much anymore, and I remember 7 was generally disliked for its homologation, so is 6 the way to go? 6 was my second favorite behind 4, but you can't get 4 on Xbox one unfortunately.
Title.
Hello everybody!
UPDATED: Newly placed 250 checkpoints, updated corners, added and updated water crossings, added more lighting for night races, added a lot of details along the track. Consequently, there are new events and share codes.
For those who like very long Rally/Dirt racing on Forza Horizon 5, I made 59 km (36,7 miles) long, completely custom and highly detailed (detailed corners, water crossings, lighting, signs,...) Rally/Dirt blueprint, named Badlands Rally Mexico - Stage 1. Takes around 22 minutes in S1 (more in lower class, less in higher class). Mostly dirt, gravel, sand and mud roads, with some fast tarmac sections. Solo race (no drivatars) like proper rally stage. Good for any car class, but be careful in S1 or higher class.
It's also good race for oldschool skill points and wheelspins farming lovers. You can get 55-60 skill points and 2-3 wheelspins per race in Hoonigan Gym10 Cossie. I'm sure you can get even more in other cars if you HOON it enough.
I made 4 versions of the event:
DAY and DRY: 114-745-434
DAY and HEAVY RAIN: 108-338-721 (be careful in S1 or higher)
NIGHT and DRY: 416-479-991
NIGHT and WET: 480-397-874 (be careful in S1 or higher)
I've been playing around with the Thrustmaster T128 in both horizon 5 and the new motorsport and what turned from what I'd say a good amount of confidence in catching the back-end from slipping on the controller turned into a complete fear of even driving a rear-wheel drive car, or turning in to a corner too hard - generally pushing the limits of the car anywhere near as confidently as I did on the controller.
I've fiddled around with the force-feedback, watched some videos and randomly turned stuff up and down to no avail. Is there something I'm missing? Some sort of fix? Perhaps it's just something the wheel's gear mechanism can't pick up, do any of you guys on higher end gear simply feel it even by default? Although it's not like it's impossible for a game to translate that to it either, I have no real issues with the force feedback on Assetto Corsa in that regard for example.
i've seen others bring it up so I'm not the only one but I couldn't find any solutions to this online, any and all answers are appreciated, thank you.
