I dont understand, I see the defence is laying down, so guess that has something to do with it. Still trying to understand the whole eligible receiver rules. So far my understanding is that those in the scrim line are defenders and cant receive.

Imagine a player in American football receiving the ball in the final moments of the game, skillfully bypassing opposing players, then scoring the winning goal with a brilliant touch, celebrating with teammates and cheering fans.

The history of Thanksgiving and football. It is a fantastic history that goes back decades.
What is the best tutorial video on how to throw a football? I'm not a QB, I just want to play catch and no one taught me as a kid.
I’m a football fan, have been for a long time and i played for about 10 years from elementary school through high school so I’m pretty well versed on most rules. Monday night football during the cowboys last drive before halftime ceedeee lamb caught a pass and went out of bounds. Joe Buck and Troy Aikeman mentioned how the clock kept running, and one of them said “progress was stopped and he went out of bounds, subsequently the clock kept running”. I’ve never heard that before, if you’re out of bounds you’re out of bounds imo. Does anyone know what that means and when that became a thing? It’s not like ceedee was getting tackled then he forced himself out, he caught it and went out, so I’m confused. Any clarification?
Looking at his era of football I don't see why Ochocinco is not currently in the HoF. When I think of the top receivers of his era it boils down to: Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Larry Fitzgerald, Steve Smith, and Anquan Boldin, Andre Johnson, and Calvin Johnson.
And then you still have guys like Wes Walker, Hines Ward, and T.J. Houshmandzadeh. In my opinion, I have @chocinco right there in the top 10.
Plus if you add what he brought to the game in terms of celebrations & entertainment - no one other than Terrell Owens comes close.
Especially when you consider owners, coaches, and players have made the HoF with much less.
Hello from the Philippines! A relative of mine returned from the US, and surprised me with a Wilson "The Duke" Football. I then learned that I had to break it in, but materials aren't very accessible here. So far I've read the Ball Breaker's article and it seems I can only find the following (apart from the bucket, water and towel):
There doesn't seem to be any football mud and tack bar/spray here. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? e.g alternative methods?
Hello! If you or anyone you know is in need of a Football helmet, visor or facemask this year please let me know. I may be able to help you find a great deal from my team supplier!
