I've seen it asked and googled it. I have an r4 gold and wondered if they work different on a ds lite vs dsi vs 2ds vs a 3ds?

So I have a gen 1 og R4 Revolution for my ds lite and I was wondering, if it's at all possible to play GBA games on it, what is the preferred method or even the only method.

Hey, So i have had a dstt card for like 10+ years. I have bought 15 cd's back in the day with every game you can imagine. I only forgor how to put the games from the cd onto the ds card😅 i hope someone can explain. The card itself is ready to use since ive done every step you need to do 10+ years. So my question is only about transferring files.

I hope someone can help me cause i really would like to play again and my gta chinatown wars is corrupted and i need to put a fresh transfer onto the card.

I know it's not going to be the best emulating experience regardless. But what is the best r4 card to use for SNES on a DS Lite? I have a r4 card already but just loading the emulator makes it glitch out. Thanks!

Maaay have sold a MIG dumper on eBay not that long ago and post sale I was hit with a warning for selling it on eBay due to it encouraging copyright infringement.

Anywhere reasonably easy to sell a dumper or MiG cart?

I know it’s not that hard to get anymore but not exactly a second hard marketplace for them if eBay is gonna ban you for selling it there.

I'm having a lot of trouble installing Twilight Menu on my R4. First, it's a clone version and I can't find the Kernel. Second, I get multiple errors when I try random ones. I don't know what to do anymore; I've already tried almost all and still nothing.

So since 2 days i've tried to revive my old r4 card. I've followed the instructions for my type of r4 installed the YSmenu as told by this guide : https://sanrax.github.io/flashcart-guides/cart-guides/r4i-sdhc/ but after i got exited i noticed that all of the games i played crashed in a period between 1sec to 5 minutes with a black screen especially during loading times. My dsi has no problem because i can play pokemon black on a legit card. Idk what to do...

Hello Flashcards community, I'm new to this hacking scene and would love some advice (even though I've been looking on internet for the past few days). Been looking through the différent models of R4, Ace3ds and Parallel carts and others.. 1.Wich one would be the best advice to get, money isn't an issue, just looking for the best option for my DS lite ? 2. I'm looking for a cart to be able to store NDS roms, GBA roms and ROM hacks for both, should I get an NDS cart and a GBA cart to have a better experience playing GBA games (I have been seeing that you can get some issues on GBA emulator on nds carts) ? 3. Do you have some recommendation on sellers or even links to AliExpress ? 4. I would prefer to have one with a good storage so one that supports big sd cards, any recommendations on brands or any big brands that would work and what is the maximum of storage I could get? Hangs on a white screen. Black and White both soft reboot fine, maybe I have bad files or it's a shitty cartridge?

GBArunner2 won't work with my rom hacks, it doesn't boot properly and sometimes it shows the screen kinda glitchy, maybe there's another alternative for run GBA games using a r4 flash cart? Something more Stable

(btw I downloaded the last version version of twl menu from git hub, maybe I have to update the files of GBARunner2 or the Last update I've downloaded already include this??)

I get a lot of black screens and freezes while playing on my DSTTi Timebomb Clone. I get these using TwilightMenu, YSMenu, and even the de-timebomb 1.85 kernel.

What could be the problem? I use a 32GB philips micro sd card which should be fine, but I’m starting to think the SD card might be corrupted because I wouldn’t know what else could be the cause.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Just decided to get an "R4" card to be able to play all the DS and GBA games I loved in one place. This is the cart I bought, I downloaded and put AOS v2.13 in it and I can get a DS game (Pokemon Platinum) working, but none of the GBA games I try are working. As far as I knew, you could with this one, but I've also tried to put a GBA Runner file into the root and it still didn't enable me to. Could someone either help me with a file that will enable me to play GBA games, and where to put it in the files, OR give me some better directions or link a better solution to play DS and GBA games, and with it having a decent/pretty UI lol. Thank you!

Hi, I've decided to get an nds with an r4 with its entire catalog, since it doesn't take up much storage (less than 200gb apparently) and I was wondering, is there any way to achieve that? Could I do it with one of my flashcards? I don't mind buying a new one if necessary, after all it's just a project out of boredom so I don't have a specific budget, I just want to have an nds that I can turn on and play any game I want at the moment, plus the occasional hackroom from time to time, the main problem I'm running into is the limit both on the micro sd storage and the game limit (Since I've tried to do it with the gold r4, which is the one I use the most since I have it in my new 3ds xl, but it doesn't read any games after 400.)

I have absolutely zero knowledge about any of this and I've tried to look into it but I feel like my head is exploding from all the different versions available.

My nephew has either a 2DS or 3DS (I can't remember, sorry!) and I would love to get him a flashcart capable of playing GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, and Nintendo DS games. Being able to play Nintendo 3DS games too would be incredible, but not the primary focus. I do not want to jailbreak his system-- his mom would kill me.

I'm essentially trying to get him access to the Pokemon games, along with maybe a few others like the Mario & Luigi series or Zelda 64 remakes if 3DS is possible.

Edit: He also has a Switch? I'm not sure if there's anything for that

Ok, so if I have, for a example an EZ Flash Parallel for my DS and alao a Omega DE cartridge, can I transfer those Pokémon to my DS Flashcard or the one for the DS has to be legit?

Is it possible to change the loading label on an R4? but the label loading is not on the micro SD, where it is placed from, and then it is a photo or a text, I'm gorging sorry.....
